Clarks Run Creek Gifts &Wine — Restaurant in North Utica

I'm not sure where to start, I've reviewed thousands of different places throughout the years and am in the top 1% of reviewers for google. That being said this place is second to none. The atmosphere is amazing and the decor is on point. The prices are more then reasonable and the drinks are great. The one thing that sets this place apart from everyone is the employees. I'm not sure who owns this place but I hope they see this. The staff here is the best of the best. They're sassy but classy and I'm here for it. I live over an hour away from here and have come back twice in the last month each time bringing new people with me. I've had the pleasure of having Cindy be the bartender each time. Nothing feels better then walking into any place and someone on the staff remembering you. Kudos to whoever does your hiring because they know what they're doing. This place should be on the front of a magazine for top places to check out during a day trip from Chicago. It's a gem! The staff are so friendly and the patrons are all having a blast which makes it a great, "divey" atmosphere. $7 for 5 wine tastings - can't beat that!! There is an extensive wine selection to choose from that includes both local and imported wines. The bartenders will get to know your tastes and won't steer you wrong.

The owners here are very kind and they have a large selection of wines (Illinois, California, and around the world). We went on New Year's Day and they had a customer appreciation day. They had snacks and free tastings, which we weren't expecting and greatly appreciated. I tried their Cocoa Loco (hot chocolate with port wine) after our tasting and it was delicious.
