So the waiter was super friendly she was so sweet and the place looks so nice, that being said thats the only positive in this review. The host however was not very happy to be there it seems, the sign said wait to be seated and I'm literally waiting there and after 10 minutes I asked the host if I should seat myself, he responded with do you want to be seated and then handed me menus and silverware and said pick a seat. It took over 20 minutes for someone to take our order. We only ordered a 16 inch cheese pizza, when it came out it looked so good! Took one bite and was highly disappointed, the cheese was good on its own and the crust (at least the parts that weren't soggy) was good on its own, the sauce however was so ungodly nasty it was like they took the worst pasta sauce from the store and just watered it down and threw it on there, it soaked the crust and made it soggy, my husband took one bite and refused to eat anymore, my daughter and I just ate it because we didn't want to waste it, at least my 7 year old son liked it. I honestly think if they just changed the sauce it would be good. Sorry for the long review but I just thought I would put it out there so that nobody else wastes $20 unless your just getting it for kids who eat anything.
Edit: had to come on here with an update, food made me sick, stomach wasn't feeling to good about 20 minutes after eating and about 40 minutes after eating I threw up, so caution đ when eating...
Read moreCame for the Saturday morning breakfast buffet since there is no breakfast or continental breakfast included with your stay. We should have just gone to McDonalds. Honestly, its not even worth the convenience. The buffet opens at 8am (which if you have littles 8am is a long wait) we got there at doors open and were greeted by the hostess. $15 per adult and $12 per kid over 2 made our Breakfast nearly $50 bucks for just a step above continental. Eggs are standard powdered eggs and have no flavor. They include sides like its an omelette bar but its not really how that works. Sausage is dry and tough. Waffles are bland and a bit soggy. Bread is a bit stale. Honestly, its just not good. It being a buffet, we didnt really want to even go up for more which kind of ruins the point of a buffet. Even the coffee seemed a little thick and not so fresh. If buffet was included with your stay for free, it could be seen as acceptable but for $50 bucks its just...
Read moreGood was ok but we never received items we had ordered and the waitress on staff Sunday evening 07/09/2023 was very inattentive and was more concerned with the young man working as the Host than her tables.
Food was ok, chicken was a little rubbery but tasted fine. Broccoli and mashed potatoes were decent. The Alfredo was very oily and not that great. The shrimp was very gross and we only ate 2 pieces between the two of us. For a $5 up-charge you would expect it to taste a lot better. I would avoid the Alfredo dish altogether.
My girlfriend and I normally tip about 50% plus as we have both worked in the industry in the past and know how rough it can be but honestly I probably still tipped too much for the service we received (33%). Could be a nice place to have a nicer sit down meal, but we must have just picked a bad night.
We ended up going elsewhere to find dessert as we just wanted to pay and leave after...
