Dunkin' — Restaurant in Northbridge

So now they are charging at least 25 cents more for an extra pump of mocha in my iced coffee, when the whole reason I ask for extra is to at least get close to what is supposed to be in there on a reg iced mocha because they put one full pump and 2 half pumps wich only make 2 pumps when a reg med iced mocha should have 3 FULL pumps, I get coffee there every morning and sometimes on my way home from work, I spend alot of money at dunks, and I have watch them do it, so instead of sending it back and holding up people behind me I just ask for 1 extra pump, and it's comes out ok, sometimes they don't even get that right. I mean reg cream and sugar with an extra shot should come out the same way at any dunks, but I can literally go to 10 different dunks and order the coffee the same way and get it 10 different ways, maybe they should train their employees better so this doesn't have to happen and have the extra cost be passed on to the customer, so from now on I will order my coffee as a reg iced mocha and if it doesn't get done right then it's going back and holding up everyone else, I just want what...

I’m only giving five stars for the morning employees they do absolutely great they’re quick and they always make the coffees correct I spend a good $25 a day times three sometimes and the night crew is constantly closing machines down too early. I put a on the go order in at 8:40 PM and I got to the store at 8:49 PM and the employee insisted on telling me that she wasn’t making my coffees nor giving me a refund that I had to speak to the manager the next morning, and I said absolutely not. I just spent a lot of money And the machines aren’t supposed to be shut off this early. I’ve never had a problem before and she literally argued with me and finally decided to make my coffee. I did a mobile order so it would not get messed up and be as easy & specific as possible for all involved. I sent my niece to pick it up. I ordered a large unsweetened French vanilla ice coffee ... what that means is no dairy no milk no swirl no nothing... it will look black. . When she arrived, there was clearly milk in it because it's not black. It's written down on the mobile order that I made in black-and-white. So she had to ask her to make it exactly the same way without any milk and then she didn't put in unsweetened vanilla. What is the point of writing down your mobile order if no one takes the time to read it? That is not the first time this particular. Dunkin' Donuts has messed up my order.
