Not a smooth experience. They didn't take credit cards, their machine was down. They had a sign posted so there was no surprises. I tried to use the free kids cone coupons from the DQ kids meal bag, but they wouldn't accept them at this location. I ordered a Misty Freeze and it came without the soft serve mixed in, the young women told me that was a float and i asked for a freeze. I looked at the menu twice after she told me and I'm still scratching my head. It's called a Misty Freeze. She poured some of the drink out and put soft serve in the top, it wasn't great. Expensive as well. Not worth it. Employees were friendly but did not seem on top of anything.

This location is brutal! Coming from Woodbury where they accepted the app and were extremely fast and would anticipate customers needs, this location falls vastly short. So, firstly, they do not accept the app. You can’t use points or coupons and their drive through gives you this whole speech about it right away, like why. Just accept it, it is 2025 and places have apps for convenience. I ordered 4 blizzards, through the drive through. This girl at the window literally starts handing them to me one by one with no carrier and no lids. I’m literally in the car by myself, like why would I want them to come to me this way, and when I asked for lids you would think I just ruined her life forever. Anticipating needs would be, ok this girl is ordering via drive thru, I can see she is by herself, so I’m going to put them in a carrier with lids. It feels like common sense to me. The blizzards were barely mixed with all of the toppings stuck at the bottom. My cotton candy blizzard was literally vanilla ice cream with some cotton candy flavor at the bottom. Culver’s is so much better and their customer service is top notch! Definitely go there instead because it’s way way better...

Edited review: 4 stars instead of 3. We got a DQ cake here, which I would happily do again in the future. It's tasty and made correctly. I just don't think I would go to this location for any other ice cream treats as they are not made properly.

I'll update this after we give the Dairy Queen one last chance, but it's not someplace I'm going to go again if the third visit is as subpar as the first two. Visit 1: average. I received a very messy cup and no napkins. Not really a worry. The ice cream tasted good and was made correctly. Visit 2: incredibly long wait, and they weren't busy. I ordered a cookie dough blizzard and the blizzard I received was just cookie dough and vanilla ice cream...but cookie dough blizzards have cold fudge in them. I worked at a DQ for 6 years, so this was a disappointment. The price was also really high for a small blizzard. It's like I was charged for a medium.

I'm really wanting to get a DQ cake. If the cake is good, it'll redeem the first two experiences. I will update after...

Look, I could care less that when you flip a blizzard, that it doesn't fall out. What I do care about is that I don't ice cream all over my car. Would it kill you to hand me a clean cup not covered in ice cream?

The trick to getting a clean cup is to ask for a lid. When they put the lid on they will clean the cup. But this comes at a price. They will use a soda fountain lid and cram all the ice cream into the cup, causing the ice cream it to come out the straw hole. They have other lids to use, and when you ask they roam around the store looking for an alternative.

This store is run by high school kids who could care less. They don't look at you when handing you product. They are too busy talking between themselves in the store to be bothered with listening to customer.

I have dealt with other Dairy Queens and this one is by...
