Awful, literally the worst Dunkins I've ever been to. For some reason it takes 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee, even with only 5 people in line in front of me. Maybe if there was more than two people working at a place that you know is swarmed by customers from open to close, everyone wouldn't be so angry about your service. I AM NOT buy coffee from Norwich, and I AM NOT buying coffee from Sedexo. I AM buying coffee from Dunkin Donuts and we all expected a whole lot better service than whats been given...

Wosrt dunkins ive ever been in in my life. Second time here, takes over 30min to get a coffee when theres inly a line of 15 people. Slowest sevice ever.
