Subway — Restaurant in Northfield

Not a great place to get food at or be employed by. Extremely petty upper management who don’t treat their employees, or anyone for that matter, like human beings and only care about profit. Even though I’m not sure how they make a profit when the sandwiches come with mayonnaise finger prints on them (wish I could add pictures), aren't edible, and stuff is always missing from the order. Sent a review and was offered coupons instead of a refund. It’s funny how they get rid of employees who customers actually enjoy seeing on a daily basis who make GOOD food and replace them with people who literally don’t care at all about their job or customers. I’d never give them my business again, this place is really going down hill fast. Firing long term employees in a shady way to push your own agenda should be illegal, probably should be looked into...

The staff hates customers. They are very open about how they dislike how people show up at any hour of the day. I quote the manager "ugh, another person just pulled up." Everytime I am in there they always make negetive comments about people showing up. I went in once at 20 min before closing the store was already picked up and the staff was pushy and the manger asked "This is to go right because we are closed." The hours posted on the door say open til 9pm on weekdays but they are usually closed before then. The manager has the biggest dislike for customers and should not be employed there. If I was the owner I would fire the manager. The dislike for customers is always there around the clock. I would not go there if there were more options around the area. I ordered a few sandwiches on the app for my family and I planned to pick them up after work as my commute was over an hour. There was a power outage in town that affected even the place where I worked. I couldn’t get over to the store before they had to close from the outage so I never got the food I’d already paid for. I called their store several times the next day and they don’t answer their phones. I submitted a complaint through the app on the feedback tool. I got confirmation they received my complaint but they never responded. They still have my money and know I never got my food. Nobody has tried to call me from the...
