Updated Review: As often happens with successful restaurants, this place became complacent and lazy. My rating had been updated to two stars. Main reason for the lowered rating are service (or lack there of from the ‘server’) as well as cleanliness. We killed several flies while sitting at our tables that were quickly replaced by new batch of flies. Our server showed up to our table 2 times, once to take the order for drinks and food (this took 15 minutes after we sat down) and another time to ask me if I wanted more coffee half way through the meal. She never came back with that coffee. The food was delivered by a bus boy and I had to get the check myself to the older lady that seemed to be in charge. Where was my waiter you ask? She was texting in the waiter station and talking to other waiters. Granted, this experience could be limited to the waitress with pink hair, but this is the second visit in a row with subpar service. I gave another chance since we were in the area. I deeply regretted this decision as I really wanted coffee - my cup was dry after less than 5 minutes and stayed dry for the rest of our breakfast. The food wasn’t bad, my lox skillet was pretty good and my daughters french toast was decent. However, bacon was hard, yet somehow not crispy. Pretty sure chef Mike made it (microwave). Anyway, between a waitress that spends her time texting and chatting instead of checking on her tables and flies I recommend you get your breakfast elsewhere. This place is out of chances with this Google Guide. Original Review: Location: easy to get to. Parking can be tough if you go during busy hours as the lot is insufficient for the business. Menu: great choices on the menu. Good presentation of food and quality of ingredients is well above average. Customer service: pretty good (based on one visit). They were accommodating and came by to refill the coffee fairly regularly. Everyone was busy and they kept things moving. Price: based on quality of our food, the price is very good! Overall: My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast, we will return again to try more things as we were very happy with everything we tried so far. Final Grade: A+

There was a good amount of people for a Holiday weekend but was able to find a table promptly. Server was very kind and friendly, I really didn’t wait more than a few minutes before she came over to my table and ask for my drink order. I order a cup of coffee and a large grapefruit juice and steak tips Benedict. The eggs were a bit over done but the steak was perfectly cooked and had a great flavor. The home-fries perfectly seasoned and overall the dish was really good, the portion is generous so I had leftovers to take home. I also had ordered a New Englander waffle but I had to take it to go since I was very satisfied. I ordered steak tips and blueberry pancakes for my daughter to go, the pancakes had a good amount of blueberries and they were very fluffy; the tips were modicum rare this was a pleasant surprise considering most breakfast places over cooked the tips, needless to say that she was very pleased and so was I. The only thing I didn’t appreciate is how rude some costumers were to servers; no person deserves that regardless of what they do for a living, entitlement is despicable, but in the end, people can’t give kindness they don’t have. Other than that, the place is very worth the try!

Would definitely not advise ordering dinner from here, especially takeout, which is what we did. My friend got fish and chips and I got a chicken pot pie from their Entree menu. The fish from the fish and chips was very poorly made, with a crumbling crust that tasted very doughy. It didn't seem to be properly fried. The chicken pot pie was definitely not a pot pie, but some kind of chicken stew and a flatbread(?) on the side. I wasn't expecting something fancy for takeout, but at least something baked with a crust. Even if this was a pot pie, the would-be pie filling contained almost no vegetables or additional ingredients besides chicken. All very expensive for not-so-great food. The only consolation I can give is that the staff who were present (except the manager, who was very defensive) were very nice and attentive when I came in for pick up. I can't speak to their breakfast service, maybe that's somewhat better. We took a risk ordering dinner from what seems to be a breakfast-focused restaurant, and it didn't pan out.

Kelly's Place is the new king of breakfast places in Norton, as soon as they stepped on the scene in a great location right off of 495, in close proximity to routes 106, 140, and on 123. The waitstaff is very friendly and attentive, ensuring that you are taken care of quickly as you arrive and then throughout your stay there. The food is fantastic and if you're in a rush, you can even call ahead and order over the phone, pickup right at the counter, pay, and you're out of there in less than 2 minutes, with food that is piping hot and ready to serve in well made containers. I highly recommend eating outside if the weather permits as it's one of the nicer areas in Norton and you can enjoy your company as well as everyone else around you having a good time as a result of the service, food, and surrounding area. The interior of the restaurant is really well done, very modern with a country twist, open, clean, and lots of windows letting light in from every angle, as well as a bar adorned with flat screen TV's for those trying to catch the news while enjoying their morning coffee and breakfast. The restaurant even allows dogs outside as long as you keep them with you at all times, leashed, and as close to the table as possible and as long as they're not being a nuisance to the other patrons there. All in all, a great breakfast place that has fantastic food, prices, service,...

Not great. Have been twice now or once and tried a second time. I get that breakfast is there main money maker but my God do they not care about take out service. Moved to Norton free years back and we decided to try it one morning for take out, was told 30 minutes over the phone so I have it 40 minutes and showed up to pick up food only to find out it was never made, order was taken but never got made. Ok no big deal its 1030am at this point so I might as just wait the 20 minutes they said it would take to make, my mistake not checking order at the door but I figured since they already messed up their attention to detail on this order would be high. Well I got home and neither mine or my wife's order was correct..... fast forward 2 years and we service to give them another chance for take out( probably my fault for even trying it again). So I can to place an order and immediately get put on hold, again not a big deal but after about the 7 minute point of hearing your table is ready, or what will be the name for the table, and do you want berries on your French toast, I knew that they had forgotten about me but I hung on there for another 6 minutes so a total of 13mins on hold before I hear I don't think any one is on the line and then "click". We'll maybe pick up that un-hung up phone to check if some one is on the other end before...
