Pizza Tyme — Restaurant in Norton

Right off the bat, id like to say that Pizza Tyme is easily top 5, if not, top 3 best bar style pizza joints in mass. Nice small business, less than a dozen staff total which is cool. Faces are familiar. People complain about "burnt" and "thin" pizza but that's simply not true. Pizza tyme serves bar style pizza so if you order well done expect some crispy edges. Yummy. I love it. Now I hate to say anything bad about this joint cause I go there all the time and still will even after a bad experience. Acknowledge the constructive criticism and I'll gladly change my review. It was around 715pm slow, probably their only customer at the time because the food was made in a flash (15 min for a sub and mac bites, that's a great wait time). When I looked at my food it was assembled poorly, bread wasn't cut all the way, and the onions were basically out of the wrapper and bag not even in my sub. Now I wanna say the food once I re assembled it taste GREAT. Mac bites were cooked to perfection. But that quite frankly, sloppy assembly of a sub really was a downer. And the only other thing I'd suggest is have a better online menu. Yes there is pics from a year or two ago and like a general list of what yall have. But no sizes and their prices are listed, half the items you serve aren't on the online menu, set up a good online menu and list everything with sizes, prices, toppings, specials, etc. Then I'd say your #1 on my list. I love you guys a look forward to eating...

I am not one to write reviews, or complain about food because, you should always give the benefit of the doubt. BUT I have been to this place multiple times hoping it would get better each time.

The food is old! Chicken wraps are filled with greasy chicken bits that fall out of the sandwich completely. The pickles taste like they are so old. And the whole wrap is drenched with, I HAVE NO IDEA! Grease, or the watered down honey mustard. I mean, I had to get a couple paper towels for how soaked my my hand were just trying to unwrap it.

Not to mention the one staff member who always sounds so miserable when you call her. No customer service skills. "What do you want?" and not even a "have a good day". Not once since I have gone in there multiple times. She makes you feel as if you are inconveniencing her.

The only thing that seemed to be ok was the chicken fingers. I mean how can you mess those up? You buy them frozen and fry them.

I have worked in a restaurant/ sandwich shops for 10+ years and am truly dissapointed in the potential this place has.

Pizza thyme this place has been my go to for gold fever wings boneless. Oddly enough I haven't really ever had the pizza. Until recently. First off gold fever wings are bomb but the sauce this place uses is special. If you haven't tried the gold fever wings you are short changing your taste buds. The bar pie in my opinion is okay. It's not terrible but also in the bar pie world it's not the greatest. It's a solid middle ground for me. But like I said this place is my go to for gold fever watch out though it's very addicting and at random times you'll get hit with the taste of the sauce throughout a random day and you'll have no other choice but to stop in and grab some wings I'm telling you guys the chicken is always super moist the outer crust crunchy great chicken being used sauce just makes it next level. I felt the need to drop this review because I don't think gold fever gets the recognition it deserves and this place has the sauce that just nails it so please if you don't know about gold fever it about time to get acquainted it like a mustard sauce but with a little kick...
