A few years ago, I made a review for this place under the assumption that it was the old owners.

So in knowing that I originally deleted my previous 1-star review to give this place a chance.

So in doing so, I sent my husband tonight to get our family an order of ice cream.

First trip, he requested for my ice cream (chocolate ice cream triple dipped in cherry) as the last time I had ordered (this was our second time ordering) the layer of dip on the cone was too thin.

When he got home was when we realized he had been given a single dipped vanilla ice cream.

Alright no big deal maybe the girl didn’t hear him.

Second trip, he ordered and was blatantly told by the girls

“we are not going to triple dip it for you because “it’ll get everywhere”

I ordered this ice cream in a cup..so if you have the ice cream in your hand and transfer it to a cup…how then could it get “everywhere”.

Suffice to say, this will be our last time giving this place a chance.

Even with the new owner, unfortunately his staff being rude will result in this review and our entire family moving to scoops...

I went through the drive-thru today and ordered 2 swirls. One swirl did not have the correct mix-ins and I asked for no whip cream. Both swirls were double cupped because the original cup was so messy and one had a huge crack in it. Both swirls were completely overflowing and dripping down the sides. If I was eating this at the tables, outside that would be one thing, but I am one person in my car dealing with ice cream spilling out of both cups all over me and my car. When I asked for more napkins, she offered a lid. Why would there not be lids in the first place? How would I put a lid on already spilled over ice cream? Overall just very irritating and employees could be thinking smarter...

I regret not being able to provide a more favorable rating. Regrettably, the management consistently employs teenagers to oversee operations at this establishment, resulting in significant inconsistencies. Tonight's experience was the tipping point for me. I had requested two medium soft serves in cups, but I received one medium soft serve and another medium cup with only half the amount. To make matters worse, I was charged $8 for this discrepancy. In the future, I will opt to visit Dairy...
