Didn’t get the food I paid for. The order was a sausage egg and cheese croissant, with an order of hash browns, no drink. Two young women standing nearest to the cash register were talking, after a considerable wait, one told me they’d be right with me as they continued to talk for about 2 more minutes, it certainly wasn’t do to business considering their hands were idle. After ordering, I told the cashier to keep the change and sat in a chair for over ten minutes waiting for my food. I approached the counter and no one would even make eye contact with me. Everyone walks by looking at you as you’re standing at the counter, never offering to help or see what you need. I’ve tried talking to an associate twice since this store has opened and no one acknowledges your presence. Had to abandon an order today because no one would assist after standing at the counter for the second time. Now, I have to wait to get my money back while a claim processes. I just wanted my items!!
