Starving at the casino, I come across the menu trying to find gluten-free options (gotta love food allergies). Literally there a few minutes later, heaven sent! This is the ONLY pizza shop in CT that I found that makes calzones first of all.... secondly, hands down best Gluten-free takeout that I have ever had! ā¤ļø thank you to the young man at the counter, you are awesome!

I posted a review a couple months ago, but decided to delete it and give this place a FEW more chances since the company I work for enjoys their food (when it's correct). But today we all made the decision that enough is enough and this place will not receive any more business from us. The folks who answer the phone are always rude and inpatient. Not just distasteful, but flat out rude. Our food has almost always had an issue upon delivery. Weather it's made incorrectly or missing an item. On the note of delivery, they are almost always late bringing lunch. Which I understand that lunch time is busy, but don't say you'll be there at a certain time if you won't be. Just today my bread sticks were not cooked all the way and a co-workers toasted sandwich was soggy and watery. Another co-worker left a message stating that she received the wrong size chili. The manager then called and spoke to another co-worker of ours and proceeded to yell at her about how he's the manager and he took the order and he knows what was ordered. She explained that she would find out who called and to give her a second, and he still continued to yell at her and repeat himself. This is absolutely not acceptable behavior, for a business and especially someone who is supposed to be the manager. When their food is made correctly it tastes great, but their crappy customer service and nasty personalities make this place not worth our time or money. Will never be ordering...

Been waiting over 2 hours for our delivery. After 3 calls I'm finally told it's super bowl Sunday and they're packed....ok thanks for finally telling me that. I'm still waiting as I write this review... wouldn't it have made sense if they told me on the first phone call that they were super busy because it was Super Bowl Sunday then I could have changed it to a pickup and gotten my food faster? Poor communication. Also if the food is cold I'm not paying for one dime of it so I hope the driver doesn't mind sitting outside in 12 degree weather while I check my food temperature because his boss isn't efficient with timing out deliveries....this is a 40 dollar order too...not a 12 dollar chump change order. And......I'm still waiting...... 647pm .... ice cold EVERYTHING. The meat was dry that's hardly any extra cheese I can't even taste the onions Manny's a little bit further down the road makes the best steak and cheese in Norwich I'll drive the extra way instead of getting...

Don’t get me wrong, I love the food this business makes and am all about supporting my local restaurants/food establishments. Usually I never have a problem either, but apparently I am now dealing with the repercussions of an employee that doesn’t know how to conduct themselves professionally. I ordered food from here a few months back and the workers/worker messed up my order (that’s okay, everyone makes mistakes) so he comes back to give me the correct order. Great everything’s fine and dandy. Later that evening the employee calls me aggressively telling me how it’s my fault and the he’s going to lose his job as well with a gagol of other remarks. (I paid no mind to it, I get it, he was probably just stressed out,) I call today and am charged with their previously mentioned mistake. How does that work? I’m sure there’s some sort of grey area with communication between staff and owner but really? Making the customer pay at the employees expense. Weird...
