Writing a review seems like a total waste of time as they have many negative reviews and don't seem to be doing anything about it. Regardless, I wanted to share my experience. We ordered food for 8 people, and to avoid causing a backup in the drive-thru we ordered through the app. We figured this would be the easiest way as everything would be put in instantly, we'd pay through the app, and just park in one of the curbside pickup spots. The actual ordering and paying through the app was incredibly easy. We placed our order, parked, and waited for our food. The wait ended up being about 20 minutes - That is a bit long, but to be fair they were pretty busy, and it was a large order. We got our food and drinks and drove home to discover 2 entire meals were missing. I called the restaurant, and the manager told me "Yeah, I have them sitting right here." I asked her why she didn't give them to us, and her response was "Uh, because we're busy, and mistakes happen." She did not offer any type of apology, and did not offer any solution other than for me to come back and pick up our missing food. I asked her if the items that were missed could be re-made because at this point we ordered our food 30+ minutes prior, and I don't want to eat food that has been sitting there this whole time. She said "fine", and hung up the phone. I arrived at the restaurant and went in to get my food. While I was waiting 2 other people came in to ask about missing food - I see a trend here. They remade the 2 missing items, and handed me the bag. There were no fries in the bag, so I asked her to add the missing fries - She asked "You didn't get fries either?" First, no, we didn't get the fries. And second, even if we had, they would be about 40 minutes old at this point. Again, we never received any apology, or any other offer to make this mistake right. Read moreI've been here countless times. And I do know what a bad McDonald's looks like but this certainly not one, and that is objective fact. Right now they seem busy with only a few employees, but the place is clean and all orders as I've sat and ate it sounds like have been fulfilled properly. The lead people on the floor (managers/A.M./whatever) are on the ball, consistently overheard teaching employees how to do things to procedure and are gracious/helpful. I wrote this review as I found many of the other reviews which were negative to contain no information and no helpful content regarding whether or not they tried to have their grievance addressed. I have used both their drive thru, and indoors. I have not personally used their large Playplace / Playland with any kids I know, but it looks big with recent appropriate fixes or replacements to the safety foam.
This location currently contains a RedBox for movies/games. They have a McCafe setup.
They have a donation box for items and poptop collection for charity.

Read moreWe stopped here on the way home from something with our two small children, since we thought it would be a kid-friendly place to stop. Unfortunately it wasn't. We arrived right about 8:00 pm and found that the "children's area" was closed and the door to it blocked with a garbage receptacle. The self-serve kiosk wasn't very convenient with small children in tow. Went to change my toddler's diaper and there was no diaper changing station in women's or men's bathroom so had to take my child outside to change her in our vehicle. They forgot our cups when our food came. We struggled to keep our toddler away from the ordering kiosks while eating because we couldn't sit in the children's area. They didn't give us a toddler toy as requested and when I tried to exchange they said they were out. I told them I was also frustrated by the lack of changing station and an employee said there was one in a bathroom located inside of the children's area. I said, "you mean the area that's closed?"
