The food was very overpriced for the quality. Cheeseburger was the same I'd get at a high-school baseball game but priced as if I was dining at a sit-down restraunt. No prices were listed in the restraunt, and upon paying, the receipt was not itemized to see what items actually cost. The only saving grace for this restraunt is that the bar was nice and our female bartender was great. There was a male bartender who threw a credit card back to a customer as if he was upset, and it came across as pretry unprofessional (I believe the female spoke to him about it). The Boat House is a great place for a few drinks and some snack food while out in Lake Tillery. Good place to gas up your boat too. On weekends in the summer, they have bands. We were here this night to see the Deep Shallow band. Great music and friendly atmosphere. When some of the larger bands show, there’s often a police presence and you have to show ID to get past gate. We have a boat slip next door and can sit and listen to music if it’s to crowded, but we always stop in for a beer and drink first. The staff is friendly and helpful. Hope they plan to do the same...
