Subway — Restaurant in Novato

I'm only giving one star because I have to in order to write review... Worst subway ever not only was it so hot in the restaurant but the service couldn't get any worse then what I experienced. The tall woman and her dirty looks. Why hire people like that. Maybe cause I'm white. It wasn't just that employee, the short one who finished sandwich, was just as bad after I walked to counter she must have soaked my sandwich with so much salt I had to throw it away. I guarantee if I had taken my sandwich back they would have spit in it. I always give more then enough tip not today Nor will I even go back, I will drive in order...

This is literally the WORST Subway I've ever been to. The woman who seems to be always there, has the most unprofessional way of speaking and interacting with customers. She is terribly rude and out of the few times I've chose to give my business to this Subway...I've always left muttering I should really take the time to write a review on this establishment. This is the subway I usually go to. Sometimes I walk in sometimes I order pick up on door dash. This is the last time I'm going to be going to this subway due to the manager repeatedly telling me to order through their app rather than door dash. I said okay I will look into it and he proceeded to continue pushing their app on me. I did not appreciate the tone, he was very condescending. Even as I was walking out the door he continued shouting at me to get their app. Completely unprofessional. I give it three stars for the three years that this has been my regular subway.
