I got my food delivered over an hour and a half ago. Immediately I realized they never brought the several sauces I paid for. Called them and was told the driver was on the way back with them. An hour later, no sauce. Called again and “oh he must have delivered other orders first but he’ll be there in 10-15min”. Still no sauce. My husband called and he got “oh he just got back to the store but it’s on the way !” My husband asked if it was actually on the way and “mhmm”. That was 20min ago. I’d like to note I live literally right down the street from this location so it really shouldn’t be that difficult to deliver items I’ve paid for. **Surprise surprise, after 2 hours and multiple phone calls I still don’t have the items that would take them all of 5 minutes to correct. I guess they’re just super comfortable with taking my money and tip without actually doing the one job they have. Haven’t had any issues with them up until now, and I’m highly displeased. Hope this was worth it to them *in the 3.5 hours they had after originally delivering my order to closing time, I shockingly sarcasm never had my order corrected. No offer to make it right or anything. I have never in my life been lied to like that repeatedly by the same employee about fixing my order. I’ve worked customer service many years so I never get upset about a mistake or flip out about it, but I guess I’m also just used to people fixing it if it involves something I spent money on AND tipped. You’d think after the first mistake, there’d be some attention to detail. Nope. Second order? Same story. When I called to report it, the manager's response was dismissive at best. No apology, no accountability – just a weak offer to “make it right next time,” as if this isn’t a basic expectation of any food service business.
The lack of professionalism and care from management is staggering. It’s one thing to make a mistake. It’s another to make it repeatedly and act like it doesn’t matter. If you want the wrong food delivered with a side of apathy, this is your place. Otherwise, take your business...

Same thing happened earlier this week. The box even says “+1 pizza sauce”. Also, this is the second time this week where I ordered and the crew has watched me sit at the tables for at least 10-15 minutes before letting me know my pizza was done. No one was walking in or out and it was late at night both times where it was super slow. The employee who finally called me up even said it was sitting on their rack the whole time and was laughing with another employee as she handed it over.
