This blue food truck at Mililani Tech Park is worth a stop. We tried the ahi katsu and the kalbi fries. The ahi katsu was pretty good, crispy and fresh, though a little on the dry side and it could’ve used more sauce. The kalbi fries on the other hand were the standout. The sauce they drizzle on top ties everything together perfectly. Easily my favorite, and I’d definitely come back just for those fries. There isn’t really anywhere to sit since it’s just a line of food trucks on the street, but we brought beach chairs and set up under a tree which worked out perfectly. Overall, a solid spot to check out if you’re in the area.

My favorite food truck! Made fresh to order. Love the Tsunami Fries, Ono, Smoked Meat and Poke. Large filling portions. Mac Salad and fresh tossed salad with fruit. A feast for the eyes and stomach. Parked on the street in front of Spectrum lunch times 11 to 1330 M, T, W and F... Sometimes in front of Hawaiian Electric in town on Thursdays. Just $2 extra to add poke to any plate is a bargain.

Located right next to Oceanic Cable (now Spectrum apparently) in Mililani Tech Park. They have several different items, but for our first time we got their Special of the Day Korean fried chicken with a side of shoyu poke, their Kalbi fries, and a spicy poke plate. The wait wasn’t too bad, though. The prices are a little high, but that is to be expected with a food truck offering fresh poke. I’m pretty sure that they overcharged me by $2 though. I added everything I got including sides and drinks and it was $2 more than I thought. I know its only two bucks and we are all human and make mistakes, but I’m just saying…

The food was awesome here. My favorite was the fries. Something in the sauce they use with the combination of the saltiness of the furikake is just… distant look… perfection. The kalbi on top was just a bonus, with its soft flavorful juiciness.

My husband enjoyed his poke, but for spicy ahi I prefer the creamier versions like at Foodland or Sushi Bay. I wasn’t expecting much from their chicken, but I was blown away. Much better than the quality I’ve been getting from Zippys and more consistent flavor. I love that sweet/salty garlic chicken flavor, and this chicken definitely delivered. I got a side of shoyu poke just to try it, as I am not a fan of shoyu poke, but this poke had so much flavor I wish I had gotten more. And it was SO SOFT!!

TLDR; If you’re in the area during lunch, you definitely want to check this place out. The poke is soft and the fries are a must have. The Korean fried garlic chicken is another must if its available…. But do your math while you are there to avoid being...

Flyin' Ahi absolutely blew us away when they catered our wedding! With over 40 guests, they served up an incredible spread featuring poke, teriyaki chicken, steak, fries, and more. Every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented—our guests couldn’t stop raving about it.

One thing that really stood out was their attention to detail. They took the time to walk one of our guests through the dietary restrictions and went over all the ingredients in every dish. That kind of care and dedication made everyone feel welcome and included.

Their team’s professionalism and aloha spirit truly made our big day special. Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was top-notch. If you’re looking for a caterer who will go above and beyond to make your event memorable, Flyin' Ahi is the way to go. We’re already looking for another excuse to...
