The sandwich was okay. I had the Cali club. The guy at the counter was also very friendly. I give two stars because I disliked my experience overall. I felt the sandwich was overpriced and it took long to prepare. The reason I went there was because I was in a hurry but it took 20 minutes. I could have driven somewhere else and gotten a better value in that time.
For $10.49 I would expect to get a side with it. If they would add some sides like potato salad, cole slaw or fries, and not raise the price, I might come back. Or bring the sandwich price down to $8. They might get lower profit per sandwich but people might come in more often. I know I won't forget to bring lunch next time.
Edit: I appreciate your reply and you definitely are heartfelt. Maybe just a little cup of potato salad or cole slaw for $0.50 extra would create a greater value for customers. I can also go to the galley and get a full meal for $6.15. Remember you're on a military base. Best wishes in the continued success of your business. I personally find it a bit expensive for what I get. I am a cheapskate though. Obviously you are still in business so you must be doing...

I’ve eaten here three times but have tried to eat here at least ten times. They do not open until 8:00am, which seems reasonable for a breakfast place. But it’s on a military base. Most people have to be at work by 7:00-7:30 (or earlier). Also it’s hit or miss if they’re even open for the day and are never open on weekends. Not sure about how much business they get on the weekends but I’d imagine a breakfast restaurant would benefit being open on at least Saturday’s. They also take holidays in line with the military. So today is July 1st (Friday) and they are closed because of the 4th of July (Monday) holiday. I get that SOME of the military has the 1st of July off because it’s the Friday before a holiday, but a lot of us—not to mention civilian employees for both Pearl Harbor and Hickam AFB who do not get that extra day off. It just seems like they are missing out on a lot of business due to the “bankers hours” they keep. But I...

The one thing that really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly and fast, and you can tell they’re used to handling the morning rush without breaking a sweat. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering how much food you get.
The decor can be a little outdated but you are not there for it, its the food and the vibe of the place. They got limited hours so make sure to check it out before going. I recommend this place to chill and relax cause that what I am...
