Hi friends, if I ever find myself at Hickam for whatever reason I will make the detour to Manta’s for fish tacos. Their attention to detail makes the flavors rich and irresistible. I went when they first opened and have been returning since. There menu is limited & on the expensive side but always evolving & packed with flavor. My favorite is the shrimp ceviche with rice. They have that sweet king size shrimp and give a generous portion size . I also enjoy there desert of the day and Agua Fresca drink. All there ingredients are fresh & you can taste it.
