45 minute wait and there was only three parties seated for lunch. 17$ for 3 bites of calamari that taste like it was microwave. Wings were undercooked with blood as well. Sorry I try not to leave bad reviews, but I have to be honest as well. Probably the worst service and food on island. The views are amazing though.

Mongolian BBQ on Wednesdays. $1 per ounce, make to your tastes If there is a large crown, expect to be waiting quite a while (30+ minutes) for your dish to get cooked and served, though. But really, just enjoy the panoramic views of the south side of Oahu while you wait :)

Well that was an odd experience. This business will not survive if it keeps providing Tuesday evening service like this.

The food was fantastic and absolutely delicious! Both stars in this rating go to the chef, on a Michelin scale. The view is unbeatable and the physical lanai is comfortable even in the rain.

The service was bad. We rolled up at 5:22pm and were told “you have plenty of time but we close at 6pm.” At the same time, there were boards at every doorway advertising reduced pricing for Happy Hour, 4-7pm. Their website lists their hours of 11am-8pm. Apparently it’s a Monday-Tuesday thing to close up early, so early that it’s before many Americans start dinner. We didn’t realize that the two people sitting down having a smoke at the front door were the server and the…bartender? Turns out the restaurant was completely empty and there was one patron at the untended bar.

The server gave us 2 menus for 3 people. One person ordered a beer, but the server said he broke the keg and asked the person to order a different beer, something local. The second person ordered a glass of water but nothing was offered to the third person—it was like the server didn’t see her even though she spoke up several times. The beer order didn’t come with a separate glass of water.

The appetizer came out before plates and utensils and napkins were provided. Only 2 sets of plates and utensils were provided, again for 3 people present.

One person tried to order pulled pork but was told that due to having three times the usual number of patrons all last week, they didn’t order enough supplies and even if they did have a pig that night, it’d take 4 hours to cook. Again, we were the only folks in the restaurant. We couldn’t tell if the statement was a joke? And if it was so busy last week, why were y’all closing up two hours earlier than advertised?

The server is telling us the fish is very fresh and made from scratch in house but the fish and chips arrived without tartar sauce as advertised; the person had to ask for it. The burger arrived without ketchup or other condiments present on the table. Just as he’s serving the meal, the server decided to strike up a conversation about his management ideas at a recent managers meeting. Can this meeting recap wait until later? We’d rather eat while the food is still warm.

When we finished the meal and asked about dessert, we were told the kitchen is now closed so no dessert is available. And the server didn’t have the check ready. And they don’t take AMEX, despite knowing it’s a very popular card with...

This restaurant is on the Marine Corps base and you cannot get on base and to the restaurant without a military ID. Google maps takes you to a closed side gate. You need to enter through the main gate. This used to be a military club. Now, it is an all ranks facility. The setting is almost second to none. You can sit outside under a huge spreading tree and watch the sun set from one of the highest locations overlooking Pearl Harbor. The panorama of the entire area is spectacular. The menu was limited, but well prepared. Given the setting, we'd have come if all they were serving was hot dogs. They have Mongolian BBQ on Wednesdays. Suspect that...

So glad to see this beautiful place back in business (new management and open all week)! The view, especially at sunset is vast and absolutely stunning. I can’t speak to the menu on other nights, but the “Mongolian Grill” fare on Fridays was very disappointing. While it is an all you can eat, they portion out scoops of either breaded shrimp, breaded chicken in sweet and sour sauce or some extremely chewy beef. Plus there’s loads of fried rice or fried noodles. That was it. It was like a buffet of four bad, heavily fried items. They would do better to add a selection of healthy, fresh (non-fried) items to the lineup. I do not...
