This is a complaint against the employee that I encountered at the drive-thru window at the Taco Bell number 037065 at 11:41 Central Park Drive in O'Fallon Illinois.
At 2:56 p.m. today on August 31st 2022, I encountered the worst customer service person I've ever encountered in my life. I ordered several burritos and side orders of pintos and rice and one of the side orders of rice was very dry and very salty. So, I drove back to return it.
I encountered an employee who said she was going to give me a refund and when I got to the window to hand her the cup she stood back and said what do you want me to do with that? I'm leaning forward at this point with the side order of rice. I said well I don't know what do you normally do with returns? She said I don't care what you do with it. And I'm not going to give you a refund. I said well why not. She said well my manager's not here and she closed the window and walked away.
My wife was present and it would take her to recreate the words in the nasty attitude that this woman had without provocation.
I'm an ex cop. This woman had a street gang mentality at the window. If I had encountered her on patrol she would have been the very one that I would have been wanting to put in check because of her gangster type attitude. She looked unclean. She had a cap turned around to the back. Her arms covered with tattoos and had an unprofessional attitude, don't want to be bothered attitude. Worse than any I've ever seen. There were two women at the window and the gangster girl could not process my order.
Beside this the gangster girl came out of the Taco Bell and was talking to people in a car until cus
I left complaint with the district office and the corporate office. They should investigate this woman . I'm certain that they will realize that she has no business dealing with the public and probably not even trustworthy enough to be in their...
Read moreI came to the store to pickup and order, when I got there, there was someone in line. My order was marked as ready, so I went around to the drive through window. The first thing that was said to me is "we have a line, we ain't skipping no lines". At every other establishment that I've been to pickup orders are come to the window and go. If it was different here that could have been communicated differently. I told her that I'm here for a pickup and she tried to shut me down every way possible, while being as rude as possible. So maybe 10 to 15 minutes later I'm back at the window, mind you my food was marked done 10 minutes prior to my arrival. So that's roughly 20 to 25 minutes of it just sitting. When the worker opened the window she continued being rude "now how am I supposed to help you if you don't tell me your name". Not once did she ask me for my name she just chose to start the 2nd conversation in this manner. Even with my attempts to deescalate the situation she continued to try and harass me. She tossed the food onto the register counter and I asked why throw the food because you're mad at me. She said I didn't, I tossed it but I can throw it if that's what you want. Ending the story this place, or rather, the set of employees that I encountered were beyond subpar, if you have a different method for pickups just say that, if I'm trying to end the argument let it go. I just wanted the stuff I paid for so that I could leave. There was no need...
Read moreWent through the drive thru and they forgot my hot sauce. So I pulled over and ran in, the door was open and other people were in the lobby so I just simply asked for some diablo sauce and the girl (who Refused to give me her name) turned and pointed at the door and told I need to “get out” the lobby was closed. I was so embarrassed for multiple reasons, mainly because I was so confused as to why she was talking to me the way she was. I said “you guys forgot my hot sauce can I get some real quick” she said no get out and go through the drive through. Mind you other people were in the store ordering at the kiosk. Which is so confusing as to why I needed to leave. So then the manager walked up told her to “chill” that it was “not worth it”. I said what’s her name I want to make a complaint. He said he was not telling me her name. He said he’s a manger and he’d take the heat. I said okay what’s your name? He said I’m not telling you. And that I needed to leave. Absolutely the craziest encounter I’ve ever had. Just flat out rude for no reason. Obviously I walked into an open door. I didn’t break in. Why was I being treated so poorly by this team? I have no one’s name to give and no one was wearing name tags and they refused to tell me there names. The girl had longish blonde hair. The guy was the MOD. Time was 9:30pm on a...
