Cousins Subs — Restaurant in Oak Creek

This cousins is going down the drain with their distribution of the food to the customers. I went there twice at night and they gave me bad sandwiches. One time i order a turkey sandwich and got hardly any lettuce or mayo and the tomatoes had holes out in the middle. Second time i bought a turkey sandwich, the bread was vey doughy and tomatoes again had holes taken out of the middle. And NO onions on my sandwich. Prices go up and i shoyld at least get decent food items that i paid for. It seems at bight time they through their leftover stuff that no one wants on those sandwiches. I WILL NOT come back here again! Terrible terrible. And when i went back the next day to talk to the manager, she was quite rude with me ad well but i did get my money back from my sandwich after being asked if i wanted to be reimbursed. I said of course, i didnt get what i paid for.

I returned to the drive thru again and they were really slow. Had to wait 10 minutes after another car was in front of me for 15 minutes. There were 2 workers working and then only customers were me and the other car thru drive thru. How possibly long can an irder take to prepare. When i got up to the window my order wasnt even started. I had to leave with no food to get to work on time especially when i did prepare for extra time for me to do this. Always around 9:30 at night is when its the worst. I think they should get a better crew working at night so these things dont happen again! Very disappointed in...

When I visit Milwaukee, it's a must that I eat an Italian sub at Cousins. Today, this specific location will be my first and my favorite. The workers here are the friendliest people around. They all work so hard. They make the experience worth while. On this particular day, my grandkids were playing in the dining room making noise and being raucous. My granddaughter, ended up upchucking on the floor. Mind you we were embarrassed and we were insistent upon cleaning it up entirely. Adrian, did not want us to clean it up at all.He got in there and did the whole clean up himself. The ENTIRE mess. And didn't even grouch a bit. He was very nice about the whole ordeal. He even addressed my wife by ma'am. He was a gentleman indeed. It's the hospitality we are used to in our hometown of Texas. Did I mention the food was so delicious just like cousins has been all these years. Thank you Cousins, the best sub shop on the planet! Second time here and a second time spilling drink all over and second time with nice worker cleaning up the joint. These guys are first class...

I put in an online order and arrived 5 minutes early. I didn’t assume that my sandwich was ready and mentioned to the cashier that I was early. When she told the other girl that was there that I had arrived, the lady said (loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear her) “She’s 5 minutes early” with a noticeable attitude. When the cashier told her that I wanted my sandwich “toasted” the lady also had an attitude about that knowing I was standing right there and said “I can’t toast it but we can put the meat on the grill” also with a noticeable attitude. I assumed my food would be ready within that 5 minutes since she was so annoyed that I was there “5 minutes early”, but it was not ready for about 10 minutes.
