McDonald's — Restaurant in Oak Grove

😂🤣 McDonald's right by our hotel on our roadtrip home. Ordered 4 coffee, a blueberry muffin and a mcdouble & 6 piece chicken nuggets so the 3 of us could take morning meds. I'll add it took quite a while to be able to order after being told, "just a minute." Pretty sure someone behind me drove off thinking I was ordering for a party. I drive to the 1st window and nobody is there. I wait a while and assume they forgot to place their 'next window please' sign. I drive forward real slow as the other car is pulling up to 2nd pickup window. At the 1st pickup window (as mentioned they have a 2nd one) I can tell there is total mayhem. Coffee pot and filter tray all set out on counter. This can't be good still no filter or coffee in there to slide in and get started and I ordered 4 coffees. She looks irritated I left the other window even after waiting to the point I felt forgotten. I ignore the look of irritation feeling she is doing her best. The car at 2nd window still doesn't have their food. She hands me food and I peek inside. It's not my order. I think the other car pulled up on their own to help me/staff out. 😂🤣 I'm hearing a Folger's commercial right about now knowing there is no coffee to go in my cup unless it's spilling out on the floor. I am trying not to laugh as she looks horrified so I'm giving my most patient customer look ever for fear she will quit and walk out. We've all experienced this mayhem working fast food, right? I know I have! After quite a long time the car in front of me gets the bag they originally handed me after it sat on the counter longer because it wasn't mine. I assume she will make me pull up. Not yet. I get to watch the circus longer as the only employee they appear to have up front finally gets help from the well dressed manager. Our coffee was strong and rushed and quite certain not full nor matching our sugar and cream request which were all the same, it was practically just strong coffee, but it's coffee and I am retired military so even with grounds I must have it. I don't know if everyone quit or what happened, but that older black female manager was in just supervisory observation mode way too long so I completely feel this black female deserves a promotion for doing the best she could in these working conditions. Only have I don't with corporate and they told me that management and the owner are completely wrong but I've gone there multiple times to got my food that is reheated my lettuce being warm and brown the cheese on my sandwich hard and turning colors and then the owner and the managers sit there and tell me that they leave their cheese out at room temperature for over two hours. And don't have to have it in the fridge. This is absolutely gross and unsanitary my husband and I have told all my military friends about it all of us are no longer going to this McDonald's along with those never bring our kids again I hope they go out of business. Absolutely disgusting and when you asked for your food fresh they are rude and throw the biggest fits about it. The manager and the owners sat there and lied to me and try to cover each other in their lies when we have multiple friends standing around us. And talk about unprofessional when you call customer and when they call you back talking about having sex and f*ing girls... Wow talk about unprofessional. And after having to throw my kids and my food away and knowing how bad the food was the lady just says I'm sorry you feel that way I did offer me money back nothing this place...

This Mcdonalds is disgusting! To start with the entire store needs closed and cleaned. The ketchup dispenser was to disgusting to touch, the credit card reader was covered in dirt and hair, the slob of a manager had his shirt half untucked with his zipper undone, and the soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken. The store had a rating of 88 from the health department with a follow up of a 98. It appears they cleaned for a day and then let it go back to how it was. The lady messed up taking our order and they did not give us one of our fries and instead of giving us the additional order of fries to go with the 6 meals we ordered the manager told me I needed to bring all of the food back up to him to look at it or I could purchase another order of fries. Who would pick up 6 meals worth of food from in front of people to take it to the manager so he could look at it?
