This morning, June 2, I went to the drive thru to pick up breakfast. I ordered two butter biscuits, two sausage biscuits and 2 Bo-rounds. Said my total was $11.46. I drove to the pickup window, the cashier said ‘you have two sausage & egg biscuits, two butter biscuits, & two Bo-rounds’. I told her I did not order sausage & egg biscuits just plain sausage biscuits. She rudely said the system says you have ….. & just repeated the same. I said no I did not order anything with egg and again she asserted that the same litany ‘ our system says you ordered ….. (repeating ‘the system says you ordered two sausage & egg biscuits, ….’ ) . She looks back at her screen and says ‘that will be $11.46’. I paid and she passed me the bag with my order that she had supposedly corrected. I asked ‘this doesn’t have anything with egg on it’ and she said ‘no’. My mistake was driving away from the window without checking everything out but with a line of cars behind me I felt that would be discourteous to those behind me in line. When I arrived home, sure enough we had biscuits with egg. That was just the beginning of disappointment. The biscuits were terrible, barely baked and tasteless, the Bo-Rounds were not cooked. We ended up trashing the food. I called the store manager and she was very rude and said ‘all I can do is put in for you to get two sausage biscuits on your next visit’. I asked why after all my efforts to get the order corrected was the order not corrected. She said ‘I can only apologize’. We told her we would not be returning to that location. She said ‘I can only apologize’ and hung up. We have had bad experiences at this location before but this was the worst. Too many other options for fast food breakfast to tolerate such bad behavior and...
Read moreTo start this location is one of the worst in quality in multiple areas of service between food and customer service. I personally as a delivery driver need speed, quality, and consistency from staff and there ability to cook and get the order out in a timely matter. Being said more times enough I have tried to go inside the lobbie and it be locked and this isn't at night this is in broad daylight like the most recent time at 10:30 in the morning I can understand staff shortages but when you have a lobbie already full with at most a dozen customers it's vary irritating. But on the food side like most reviews prior to this one it's board line not even edible between hard biscuits that taste hours old to chicken that looked like it was just picked up off of the road after sitting in direct sun for a week. But let's move to customer service these employees most young adults to teens have little to no idea what to say and not say around customers, to managers that seem to not care about anything at all besides a paycheck and that are rude to you for waiting for them to even notice you. But to keep this post from turning more into a book I will say this for finality. I've seen better food come from a run down gas station and better customer service from a sewage plant then this location especially from such a high end town as Oak Ridge this location is a stain on the town and needs to ether be reworked from the ground up...
Read moreThis bojangles in particular... Was terrible. I really hope they just had a bad day. My girlfriend and I got chicken. The breading on it was CHEWY! EWW. I guess from where it was several hours old. Then, I was really excited for the mashed potatoes and gravy. I made sure to ask for extra gravy. Then I get our tray... The first thing I see... What in the world, they come at me breakfast gravy on the mashed potatoes. Who does that? Instead of the brown dinner gravy, I got white gravy with sausage chunks. It was not good on the mashed potatoes. My girlfriend got fries, they completely skipped seasoning.
The customer experience... The cashier was friendly and quick with our order, I loved that. It was dine it, so we got our drinks and went to sit down as our order was being made. We'll, without telling me or saying anything, they put the tray on the counter. I saw it but waited several minutes because I wasn't sure if it was mine. After a while, I went to the counter to ask a staff member if this was my order. I stood there, waiting for about three minutes. Workers saw me but didn't say anything. I was nice and wanted to ask the cashier, because I predicted that the drive through kids would say they didn't know if it was my order. But I would think they could have asked me if I needed anything, since they glanced at me several times but just kept talking amongst themselves. After 3 minutes, I just decided it was...
