Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Oakdale

Only gave 1 star, cause other than pulling in and parking, it was horrible. We ordered a coney, that was leathery and hours old, tater tots was hard and cold. Chicken tenders was far from fresh, very cold and could not bite or chew, white gravy was cold, and the onion rings was absolutely horrible and tasted old. The only good thing was the cheese cake shake. Oak dale Sonic on Hwy 165, you had 3 tries, and failed miserably. You will no longer be on my weekly stop list. I am a dedicated Sonic eater, have been for years. But not Oakdale Sonic. And for the future, I will not recommend anyone stopping at your location. Service. Absolutely awful. I waited 25 minutes for a vanilla ice cream cone. After 15 minutes, I buzzed inside again just checking on my order. People make mistakes and they were busy. No problem. The lady told me it would be right out. After 20 minutes, when I asked for my money back, the lady taking my order told me my order was ready if I still wanted it. I told her that would be great. Car hop came out to my car, ice cream cone turned upside down in a cup, handed me the ice cream and started to walk off. I've waited 3 days to calm down before this review! They can't get Jack correct always polite but that's not acceptable on accuracy! When I show up I feel like a I'm going 2 get whatever is in my bag. Makes sense considering its Oakdale....it's fast food, I expect very little! i have minimal expectations.
