Taqueria Riverbank #2 — Restaurant in Oakdale

After many years and dollars spent at this restaurant I unfortunately have to say it's gone down hill under the management of the rudest most disrespectful manager I've ever encountered not to mention the food has become dry and poorly prepared. If your concidering this taqueria you will be disappointed with the food and it's snotty, rude customer service I will never return to this restaurant I use to love. I ordered by phone beans and chile verde. I asked her how much it would be for those two things, she "Christian " explained to me it was only going to be $8.00 I show up with $13.00 to purchase a drink and next thing you know my order turned out to be $14.50 That was a Con/ fraud Christian was the lady i spoke to on the phone, and when I informed her that was not what the lady said she denied it and said, "no it was always $11.50. I called and placed an order. The girl who took my order wasn't very friendly, and was a bit rude when I arrived to pick up my order. One item was made incorrectly, with grilled chicken, that was dry and unappetizing to my husband.

This business takes zero health precautions and the only enforcement is you have to stand by the sneeze guard to speak to the rude cashier. Other customers do not sanitize before handling the salsa bar spoons (despite signs directing us to) and will stand elbow to elbow with no regard. None of the employees are wearing masks.
