BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Oakfield Township

This location charged my credit card twice, and I had to call the store several times with no answer, come into the location twice in person to try and resolve, they declined to give me contact info for the store manager or owner, and said they would take my contact info and have the owner contact me. After a couple weeks of no response, I then had to email the district manager Sarah Mattson who requested multiple forms of proof and other info from my bank, receipt, order details, time, date, etc etc, and she was supposed to contact me back but didn’t. Another couple weeks passed, and I then had to contact the corporate office, who also failed to resolve the issue, and said they would “pass my comments onto the store owner”, after I communicated they had failed to respond and resolve. I reached out again to the district manager, who finally said she would give me a refund, but I needed to come back a 3rd time to pick it up. My gas going there 3 times to get my money back was more than the refund given. They did absolutely nothing to make the situation right for the inconveniences, the month of back and forth to resolve, and didn’t even offer to replace the drinks which were also messed up on top of overcharging my card. I love Biggby. My usual location is in Big Rapids, Michigan. This location however can not make the drinks correctly. I have tried ordering several different drinks and not one of them was made correctly. The drinks were so terrible that they are not even drinkable. When I brought it to staffs attention, they were very rude. When they remade my drinks, they were even worse than the original. I am very disappointed that this location hurts the Biggby name. If you really need a Biggby fix the Cedar Springs location is not too far away and they will take better care of you. Even if this was the last place on earth I would not stop at...

Came in with a friend, 2 girls were working. I ordered an Asiago bagel and was given an everything bagel. That is fine I like everything bagels. However, my friend was missing a drink and a sandwich and the worker was extremely rude saying that’s not what she ordered, okay so why was the bill $25 if all I ordered was one drink? They made the drink then shoved it at my friend. Then was still missing a sandwich, then they didn’t ask what kind it was and just made a random bagel that wasn’t even what she ordered!
