Subway — Restaurant in Oakhurst

My friend chose to celebrate his birthday in a simple way with Subway sandwiches for dinner. Subway forgot to put the meat and cheese in both the sandwiches ordered. When contacting the store manager a call back was promised. Never happened. The next day they called and we're told that the meat n cheese was put into the sandwiches and it was on tape. Insults were handed out by the manager with a loud voice and my friends were basically called liars. Subway corporate was contacted to which a cookie cutter email was then received from the owner never addressing the issue directly. Here's what I say to the store manager, PRODUCE THE TAPES FOR VIEWING BY YOUR OWNER AND CORPORATE OR MAKE IT RIGHT WITH GIFT CERTIFICATES TO COVER THE SANDWICH COSTS. How dare you treat customers this way. You will not receive any money from me or a lot of others until this is...

The reviews of stinginess at this Subway location are not being exaggerated. I recently ordered a Meatball Marinera and noticed that the male employee did not put any sauce on my sandwich. He actually strained the sauce from the meatballs as he was taking them out of the container. When I asked for more sauce, he refused. He said that his boss was watching him very closely and that he would be reprimanded. I still remember the YIKES look on his face while he said it. Almost as if his boss was about to rip off his testicles.

In the end, I paid $25 for a Meatball Marinera (without the marinera) and a small drink. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to the Subway...

BAN THIS JOINT! I went in to order me and my girlfriend each a lunch wrap for her birthday and also grabbed some kind of breakfast bowl for myself. 3 items . . . The total was nearly $35!!!! The lady that owns and runs the place is charging extras for things that should not be charged for and there was no justification at all in this ridiculous overcharging. Keep in mind we ordered no drinks no cookies no chips or anything like that. I told her I was very upset about it, it was bad business and that we would not be back and I plan on keeping my word. She justified the charges and didn’t offer any resolution....
