Deep Creek Ice Cream — Restaurant in Oakland

I’m conflicted. On one hand, I got an insanely huge soft serve for an excellent price. And the ice cream is tasty. On the other hand, I ordered twist, but got vanilla. I also ordered peanut butter and got hardly any. Also, the girl at the window told me the wrong price than had to re ring my order. Also, we stood there for five minutes while they refilled the peanut butter without any communication from them. We weren’t sure what was going on. I would probably go somewhere...

Very disappointed the employees here aren’t wearing masks properly. One young lady didn’t have her mask on at all but put it on when customers showed up, the other was wearing it under her nose and when I asked her to please put it over her nose she ignored me until I asked a second time. These young ladies are working directly with food in close quarters, and there is a sign in the window that masks are required, why are they...

The best ice cream in town, great service and creative flavors. Great seating area, the kids love everything about this shop and the people working there mak it worth the trip every time. The owner is a very good man who cares about his customers and products. We stopped there twice in our short visit and we couldn't have enough as our little ones...
