Subway — Restaurant in Oakland

As someone who works for Subway in the Augusta area, I ordered a foot long VEGGIE delight and got a foot long Bready delight instead. I asked for extra off all my veggies as that was all I was getting on my, hence the name, “VEGGIE delight” and I got barley any veggies. No matter how many times I asked the worker for extra she would put like 1 more of the veggie on my sandwich. To the point where I just let it be. She seemed to not be properly trained????? Then she tried charging me extra for my “extra” veggies she put on. Specifically chelsea the girl with glasses .. horrible people skills very rude and disrespectful I would go to this subway every day almost... Today she called my food disgusting when I asked for everything on my sandwich she said she's is giving me the least amount because it's a big sandwich and gross on top of that she said my sandwich looks like its a zip code. ... Worst subway I’ve been to. I usually use the mobile app to order. Often times they don’t get the sandwiches right. Sometimes I’ve been given someone else’s completely different sandwich. When I do get the right sandwich it’s more often than not sloppily made and falling apart, barely warmed when it should be toasted, or extremely light on ingredients (even when ordering and paying for extra ingredients).
