Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Oakley

Adjusting my review because the past 6 or so times in a row that I've visited my order is either obviously wrong (I'll ask for blended and I'll get iced) or it doesn't taste anything like I ordered (I don't know why, I'll order the same drink with the same add-ons/ins and it'll still taste completely different) but today my father got a small drink and they filled the cup ONLY half way. He opened the cup after one sip and we were both perplexed. Then I tried my drink and instead of anything close to chai tea it tasted exactly like PRUNE JUICE! I just want to say that I love the staff here. I love the energy, I love how pleasant everyone is but I'm starting to get to a point where I feel like I may take my business elsewhere because it's a rare treat to go to Dutch Brothers and I'm getting really let down every time then I feel bad because I can't/don't want to force myself to drink it. I'm an adult, the days of forcing food on myself is over. So now I have this sad gross drink just sitting here. I'm about to throw it out but I wanted to take the time to post this. In no way am I telling people not to go here. This is everyone's favourite place to go. I just want to go somewhere where I can get the proper drink I want and not feel bad going back in line to ask for them to re-do or exchange it without inconveniencing tons of people that wait in line so patiently. I don't know if I'm having bad luck or what. Anyways. You guys are awesome. I don't know if this is because of how much y'all have to do or what but I feel guilty wasting drinks that are either "too much", "not enough", or flat out "unusual" tasting! Sorry for the long review. I didn't really expect it to get to this point, beforehand drinks from here were almost TOO good! But this isn't a black or white issue, this is very gray. Never thought I would have to write a review for what used to be one of my favorite coffee places. This location USED to be great with amazing Friendly staff. That is no longer the case. It has gone so down hill, from the drinks almost always being wrong and the staff With attitudes. You used to drive up to the window and be greeted with a spunky/ energetic person asking how your day is, repeating your exact drink back to make sure it’s right, just very welcoming fun vibe. Now they repeat your drink bare minimum and if you dare ask if it has extra whatever or added this? they get irritated and say yes yes, or the dirty blonde haired girl, will completely turn around and ignore you. While having 15 year old dirty look on her face. The amount of irritation they have over the simplest question for a $10 coffee is crazy. It’s giving Starbucks or walmart behavior. At this point, I will highly recommend driving to the concord location on Clayton road because the CONCORD Location is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and their customer service is 100/10. I have not one complaint about that location. The only thing I can say about Oakley is that their managers are nice and apologetic and they will remake your drink. I wish I would have known what kind of place I was going to before I went because I just heard everybody talking about it how wonderful it was but I still did not understand or know what I was going to what type of place it was or what I was even going to get it from there otherwise I wouldn't have let my friend order for me and not get me whip cream or any sauce on top or anyting my goodness it was still so wonderful I'm not a fan of your guys's drive-thru at all it's like a cluster f with people going from different businesses to letting you guys get into the drive-thru is the worst design I've ever seen guy must have designed that a woman would have never ever ever designed anything so ridiculously stupid and not at all designed for the traffic that it attracts this is a coffee house that basically is up against Starbucks right now so for you to have such a difficult drive through that just does not help anybody situation in the morning I don't see how people don't lie it there in the morning trying to get to work and trying to get their coffee she asked right good luck on that one I mean it is that good I would wait but how people are really late in the morning 90% of the time 90% of the people you guys should figure something else out there your...
