Not happy after my last experience today. First off, I have been going to coco for awhile now and have been getting the “spend 85 and get a canna lean free”. For every time I have gone (which has been multiple times) I have been given the larger canna lean. It has never been an issue before to get a large lean and today the associate that helped us goes on to say that we only give the little ones and we were never giving out the big ones. That was confusing because this was the first we had heard of this and we’re a little taken back. At first, the associate was going to make the exception who also was manager, but then another associate whom also so happened to be managing claims he’s uncomfortable selling us the larger canna lean and takes it away. Not going to lie, I don’t think that was handled very well. I have also been a customer for years (since they opened in fact) and from a managers point of view they should have honored it. Especially since we only asked for clarification and want to be on the same page. I kind of wanted a refund and wanted to go somewhere else but didn’t have time. I been having login problems for months and been talking to staff about it every time some act like they know what their doing and fixed it but still same issue login other just send info to tech team that doesn't do anything but collect a paycheck they haven't fix anything. Customer service sucks they are very rude they can't even take an order over the phone even with login issues. I mean if your online service isn't working for your customers then at least take an over the phone order so people with social anxiety don't have to go inside the building, interacting with people they don't want to be interacting with. I would give negative stars if possible. Coco farm has and will always lose my business. Read moreTerrible Experiences and The Team Doesn't Learn. I live in Discovery Bay and order my products in the morning so they don't sell out. I drove 35 mins out there today to pick up my order and the budtenders go uhh we're out of your order... Well if you would have packed my order at 11 am when I ordered it then we wouldn't have had this problem. They offer no help, no store credit, and this isn't the first time. This store is so lazy that they never pack preorders until you arrive. Do they not understand the whole point of pre-order is to make sure your order is secured so you don't have to gamble with do they or don't they have it?
The only reason they have my business is they are the closest dispensary and I know many others that say the same thing. I work in the cannabis space and if they were my client, I would tell them their service is horrible, and if another business was to open or close they would be out of business. Sad!
