B & M Bar B Que - Oakwood Village — Restaurant in Oakwood

I only go to B&M for chicken. They have become the McDonald's of BBQ, taking it to an "assembly line" quality of food. I believe Beckham should worry less about padding his pockets and more about perfecting the quality of the meals that are served at his restaurants. I could care less about having 50 locations in one metropolitan area. If the food was amazing, I wouldn't care if it was only one location a half hour away, I would drive the distance to get it. Quality over quantity.

Edit: 2/13/19- Went back to give B&M Oakwood another try. (Before I read your response to my earlier review). I asked for the the combo (ribs wings and fries), I asked for no sauce on the chicken. When I got home and opened my box, there was no sauce on ANYTHING except for the fries. I didn't even say anything about the ribs or the fries so obviously the person who took my order didn't pay attention to what I was asking for. To make matters worse, this is the second time within a couple of months that this exact mistake has happened to an order. The first time was for a rib dinner that I ordered and picked up for my disabled mother. Then to find out the owner replied to my earlier review, not with a positive attitude and apology, but with the most boastful and pessimistic comment that I have ever seen from a business owner who just received a negative review. Sir, I wish you the best but as a fellow business person who is also in the business of customer service, you need improvement. Don't take that as an insult, but as constructive criticism as any business...

I never have any complaints about the food or service here. Yesterday evening, I brought 2 polish boys, rib & wing combo & fish and wig combo. First I would like to say, the perch was seasoned to perfection! My first time trying the fish, it was good! On a bad note, the ribs were not good at all! I do not know if it was because it was closing time or not but I have to give them a thumbs down. They tasted like they were in the fridge for 2 days or so and warmed up, was not seasoned at all! Just did not taste fresh! My son did not even eat the dinner at all, he ask me to try one, I could not even eat it! The wings, They were not even done all the way! Like I said, I never had any complaints about this particular B&M but this time food experience was not good! However, my Boyfriend did enjoy the polish boys! My son & I could not eat our dinners, not even the fries, lost our appetite! I could not bring the food back because they would of been closed by the time I got there. The worst most unprofessional BBQ spot. I went in today Oct 8, 2020 at 7:30 pm and ordered the $5 dollar holler. The cashier said it came with a side order of fries. Waited 20 min came back in and the fries was missing. I asked for my money back since it wasn’t what I ordered. The manager with purple and red braids came storming from the back and immediately started yelling that the meal don’t come with a side of fries and asked what part of that you don’t understand. I said the cashier just said it did. She said no it don’t. I showed her the menu, she snatched it out of my hand. I immediately became upset after that and we began exchanging words. The manger came from around the counter and opened the door as if she was ready to fight. I stood there waiting for her approach as she held the door open yelling as if she was going to swing. Her male co worker came and picked her up and took her to the back. All this could have simply been resolved and the drama avoided if she spoke with the cashier and asked, did you tell her that a side of fries come with it and replaced the fries.
