Starbucks — Restaurant in Oakwood

I’ve visited this location a handful of times since opening. Typically through the drive-thru, I’ve always had a wonderful experience. The morning customer service is excellent (around 830am). I recently visited in the evening around 630p/7p over the weekend. I went inside along with my children for this visit. We were the only people in the store. The young lady taking our order had piss poor customer service. She rushed us while taking our order and was visibly annoyed. She acted as if we were bothering her. I said a prayer before stopping by this morning. This time I asked them to double cup my coffee. Guess what… the barista spilled the coffee upon handed it to me. Like seriously… well yeah. Not joking got to the office and you know it. It spilled again. Not sure what’s up because this happened to me last Thursday. Except it spilled in the car. Sloppy service…. I have been coming here since it opened but the service I received yesterday was not the Starbucks standard. Upon coming inside I was not greeted, nor did the worker at the register acknowledge me, it took 10 mins for me to place me order which was took by another worker.
