Subway — Restaurant in Oberlin

We have always had excellent friendly service until tonight March 18, 2020. We stopped on our way through as always, it was 7:30. I ordered a spicy Italian with marinara. This cutsey little high school girl very rudely informed me she had already thrown the meatballs out and therefore there was no marinara. She was very unfriendly and short the entire time. We have always had friendly service here but not this time. Food was ok but my chicken sandwich had about half the meat of the one I got a few days earlier and didn’t even cover the bread. The cookies and trays were gone and the cutting boards were gone. It was very apparent she didn’t want to be there. I will never go back in if...

I love subway food but sometimes it's just dry and sometimes it can't ever hear me because they're facing an opposite direction.They're always asking sorry, what did you say sorry?What'd you say?So I love the atmosphere of the place.The service is most of the time pretty good.Besides them, not being able to hear me.And then the food like I said, it's really good besides, when it's like dry or hard or whatever, you know, or they forget to warm it up when I ask them to. It's a good place to eat when it's you just need to stop and grab some food cuz you're hungry.But anyway, yeah, subway...

Husband tried to order sandwiches and they kept trying to correct him by listing a number. Really? We want different toppings than what is listed in THE NUMBER. just start the sandwich and we will let you know like we have the last 15 years. Also I've included pictures of the 6" Flatbread sandwich I ordered. I've never seen a sandwich like this wasn't even sure how to eat it. Was a bunch of teeny boppers without proper Training. Smh.
