OLA Drive Thru — Restaurant in Ocala

As someone who loves iced coffee, I was really looking forward to the opening of this place. It is pricey (I paid $8.45 ish for a medium ola including almond milk and tip) but I had the menu downloaded beforehand so this was not a surprise. Milk alternatives will always be an up charge. The service was quick and the young ladies working were polite. The one working outside the drive-thru had a menu ready for customers as they did not have one posted.

My only major concern was that it was very hot and the drive-thru employee was out in the open sun wearing her all black uniform. While that didn't affect her interaction with me, I know the heat index is quite high right now so I am hoping that the drive-thru area gets an overhang / fans or some QOL improvements for those outside. The girls inside were prompt and polite and my drink was very good.

Overall, good but a little pricey. Fine for an impulsive treat yoself moment but probably not affordable as your every day go-to morning and afternoon...

OLA has superb customer service it's what customer service used to be friendly, kind, courteous and genuine. My first experience was a couple days ago. I was met with a smile and a proper greeting. I told the young lady it was my first time there and the young lady took the time to actually go over the menu how things work she did it in a friendly upbeat Manner and not fake like she was acting nice like she genuinely cared. This place is amazing!!! Not like at Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts where you get yeah and yup as a response and met with very discourteous very unfriendly employee with huge attitudes who clearly don't value their jobs. And think the world owes them something you know the type they seem to be taking over the customer service industry nowadays. OLA is the complete opposite of that. Seriously if you haven't checked them out yet do yourself a favor get out of the long Starbucks lines...

it unfortunate that i'm having to write a bad review because i've never had a bad experience at a ola drive thru until now. i ordered a frappe and a latte and the latte came out great it was amazing but unfortunately the frappe did not it was almost all the way melted and not full by the time a got it (you can see at the bottom it's completely smooth compared to the top that is still slightly frozen). i've order these many times and never had one come out like this, i guess maybe they made it first but why would you make a frozen drink first and not last? secondly i know the workers there have to come up to our window to take out orders but to lean on my car and have your hand threw my window is a little excessive and...
