Gianni's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Ocean Township

I was very disappointed with my visit today. The worker pointed to the menu on the wall and we saw that the prices were a little high but we ordered a italian sub which was $10 and the egg plant parm which was 9.25 on the menu on the wall and we got a bottle of diet coke 2.25.The cashier totaled everything to $28.00. which did not add up it should have been with Tax $24:00. The cashier shrugged and said that's what the machine adds up too useing no math and not see a mistike. And then the cashier goes oh I overcharged you a quarter.Then the same guy that pointed to the munu goes and points to a paper menu after we pay and apertently the Italian was $3 more and the egg plant parm was $10 instead of 9.25. I find it very Greasy to not change the prices on the menu and the two guys should of apologize or have gaven us a break on the sub when it was not even that good for $28 when I could gotten something way better from another deli for half the price.Inside was very hot, it took a while for them to make our subs and the eggplant parm was not hot at all. We have been ordering from this place for many years. Lately it has gone so far downhill we are done. Twice in the past 6 months we ordered online with estimated ready time 20 minutes later for pick up confirmed by them. The first time, we waited more than 30 minutes. This week we ordered for pick up and when we got there we were told they did not have our order at all, until I showed them the confirmation on my phone. Then they told me they had a computer issue, but in fact they had my order in hand. Since I had people meeting us at our house, they agreed to deliver the pizza ordered. It took over an hour for that pizza to be delivered (2.5 mi.) and was cold. Another time a few months back I ordered delivery and it never came. When I called they said they did not have my phone # to let me know whatever the reason was that delivery was so late, but both phone # and email are required for onlilne orders. Bad pracice especially when all of these online orders are paid for when the order...

Every time I go to Gianni's. My order is wrong also I get overcharged! The individuals in the kitchen don't care including the staff! Everyone's on their phones in the kitchen! Listening to music don't care about anybody's orders, also overcharge every individual for no reason! If you order an item from the menu and it says the price on the menu, you will be paying a lot more than that! I used to like Giannis but until the business was dispersed Gianni's went to hell! Even though I got a report back from the owner my order is still wrong! I have ordered from every single Gianni's! Every single pizza size is different! I will not suggest anybody ordering Gianni's anymore! Gianni's needs step up their game nobody likes Gianni's Pizzeria anymore! All you have to brag as money makers the college kids at...
