Rudest customer service Iāve ever experienced. I ordered a custom cake online and they canceled it 30 minutes later. They said it had to be 48 hours in advance. Thatās fine, but why would you have me put my phone number on file if youāre not even going to attempt to reach out to me to find an alternate time to make the cake? Although it was disappointing they couldnāt make it for the day I wanted I wouldāve still ordered from them if the lady on the phone wasnāt so rude. As soon as I told her my issue I could tell I was a bother to her. She didnāt like that I was frustrated, which I wasnāt taking out on her I was just expressing my frustration that the website allowed me to order it but itās not something they could fulfill, and she hung up on me. I call back to understand why they hung up on me and why I was being treated like garbage and the guy that answers the phone blows me off and says thereās nothing they can do for me and quickly rushes me off the phone. Went through the drive thru and they said they could help me. Ordered 2 mediums and one of them was a Peeps ice cream. Guy was very short with me. Gave me 2 different portion sizes. One was the right flavor but the Peeps one was some nasty coffee flavor that was dripping all over my car. When I asked him after he gave it to me if it was Peeps he said yes. I know Iām not crazy leaving this review because of all the other people experiencing similar things here. If youāre short staffed, take the time to get orders right, and still be polite. Iād be more than happy to pay full price and wait a little longer for the correct item I ordered. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came here with about 15-20 minutes to close, on my sons birthday!! As we walked in we were greeted with a "sorry were closed and cant use the stone". We proceded to tell them it was his birthday however we never had a response from anyone. We had no "HELLO WELCOME TO COLDSTONE" or " HELLO HOW ARE YOU TONIGHT!" All we were told was sorry were closing!! and were only able to get somethingout of the cooler or a single scoop, when we came because my son wanted to watch them do all the mixing. When we went to cash out he was gonna use his gift card and then we were told "we dont accept coldstone gift cards"! Last time i checked a closing time means you start breakingdown at that time. It doesn't mean lets get a head start so we can get the hell out of here..
