First (and last) time at this tim hortons.
Was driving on m59, needed gas and saw this Tim Hortons and decided to stop for both.
The drive through if you come through the m59 entrance, makes no sense since you donāt see the drive thru for them. You have to drive past the window to get to the actual drive through and then after you place your order you drive across the traffic in the parking lot to get to the window?.. it doesnāt make sense. I didnāt even see the drive though because it was on the other side ACROSS parking lot traffic, I got to the window and the guy gave me a weird look which yes I would give me a weird look too, as long as the company location drive-thru made sense, but it didnāt.
The guy was nice enough to take our order of 2 plain breakfast sausage egg cheese bagels, and then tells us for future reference how the odd drive-thru layout is, but that since there was no one in the drive thru line they would take our order. Cool, only reason for 3 stars. Appreciate the feedback of the weird layout and how to navigate. If they had one car in the drive thru line I may have noticed the weird layout.
But then we got back 2 WRONG breakfast bagels. With no one in line before or after us. How? Instead of sausage we got bacon. How? Literally not busy yet messed up the order? Would not have mattered if we went through the drive thru since there was no one in line before or after us, we were the only ones. Kind of a misstep if you make a simple mistake when youāre not busy, what kind of mistakes do you make when you ARE busy?
Unfortunate as I work in healthcare and rely A LOT on caffeine and may have gotten a lot of coffee from here in the future.
Please take this as an opportunity to grow/learn and maybe get some signs for the m59 entrance as to where to go for the drive thru since Iām positive Iām not the only one to...

Asked me if I wanted the other order under same name. I told them I am not taking another persons order. Which leads me to believe they may have made a mistake in giving out my order and will not make it right. Regardless I showed them my app receipt showing order along with location. They said they could not make for me. Only other option is to re order my order and have to pay once again. Then who will cancel my order? That would be me the consumer that did their part already. I am asking for someone to make this right. First by refunding my order and speaking with location. Is it that difficult to make it right these days? Also, Tim Hortons online ācustomer serviceā said I have to go to that location to get my refund. Hard to do when they wouldnāt do it when I asked for either my order I refund at the time. No worries though, they issued me 50 points. That doesnāt cover a basic coffee.
On another note they are not consistently using the sip 2 win cups during promotion on...

When we asked for the manager to get our order right they laughed at us and walked away and ignored us. Our food was burned, not the typical Tim Hortons quality. I couldnāt believe their level of unprofessionalism. Looked like a bunch of entitled, cocky, teenage girls running this place. They were laughing at the mistakes they made and talking openly to other coworkers about us as customers like us asking for another box was too hard for them and we were just an annoyance to them. We will NEVER be coming to this location again!! Save your money and your gas and donāt come here youāll be disappointed!!
