Exceptional Service Turned My Evening Around!
I had a somewhat challenging experience at the Domino's on a busy Friday evening, but I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional service I received, especially from Amanda.
Initially, upon arriving at the wrong Domino's location for my order pick-up, I was given incorrect information by the front desk staff, who mistakenly advised me that my order was in the process and suggested I wait. Trusting their guidance, I patiently waited for over an hour. I did inquire about my order twice during the wait, but the responses were a bit confusing and seemed to hint at some frustration.
It was during this time that I approached Amanda, a Domino's employee. When I showed her the same order information I had presented earlier, she immediately noticed the address discrepancy.
Amanda's quick recognition of the issue and her proactive approach were truly impressive. Without hesitation, she used her resources to create a fresh order for me right there.
Amanda's exceptional customer service not only salvaged my order but also left me with a positive impression of Domino's.

Read moreIf I could give a negative number I would do -10 stars. We order a pizza and salad every week. They can't seem to get an order right or delivered in a timely manner. It takes 3 hours to get an order. Plus when it arrives it's wrong. Pizza under cooked and gooey, wrong toppings, etc. They can't even get prepackaged items right. I order Ceasar salad and pay for 2 more packets. Either I get the garden salad by mistake or they bring 2 salads with wrong dressing. Most times I get only one dressing and have to send them back to get my 2 extra dressings. God help you if you order drinks. They never bring them. The past month I've been refunded 4 times for how badly my order was messed up. This last time I got actual gift certificates in the mail from Midland HQ. So these can't be used online. I had to call in to order. The girl on the phone had no idea how to process the gift certificate. She had to keep putting me on hold to ask her manager how to do it. This went on until I asked to just have the manager come to the phone. I was told that the manager couldn't come to phone because they were making pizzas. She finally processed it and said I owed $6. This was for a free pizza. If I bought it online I'd pay that for a medium cheese pizza so where did the free part go? Told her to forget it and I'm contacting HQ Monday. I told them the address and the name of the hotel. I was told 20-30 minutes for delivery and given a total. I paid with a credit card. I know it's Friday night so I gave a little extra time. After 50 minutes of waiting I called the store and asked for an update. I was nice. The lady was nice. She couldn't find my order. I was put on hold twice and then I needed to give the address again. So she can give the address to the delivery driver. I'm like, he has my pizza but not the address? "No, it hasn't been made yet." OK so how long now? "20 minutes" OK. I gave the address "Ok" she said, that will be $4.99 delivery charge, is that ok? No, it isn't. Not now. After I already paid, the pizza is late, AND you can't find my order. She said can we give you a dessert or something. I appreciate the effort but I don't need a dessert. Just don't charge me the delivery fee. "OK, she said, the total is $5.40." For what, the pizza? "Yes sir" I've already paid for the pizza. "Well this is for the delivery." No I'm not paying for delivery. Why wouldn't it have been charged at the time of order.
