I have been waiting six hours to be loaded. Showed up on time for the appointment. Sat across the street for 1.5 hours in dock 12 another 4.5 and they still aren’t done. The facility is nice the yard a bonus but the service is lacking. They aren’t worth the work to me.this is for the shipping department not a store.

Park on the left hand side, with the other trailers, 2# go to the office with your ID, 3# open your doors back into a dock, 4# then when loaded. They will seal your trailer, 5# go get your paperwork in the office. YOUR WELCOME

Had a pick up for a drop n hook set for 2100. Showed up @ 10:30 and they put me in a door with the trailer I brought. Took a few to get the product ready to load, but I’m not complaining. The ladies in the office were very nice. Park across from the shipping office. Not on street. They will not check you in if your on the street. Overall 5 stars. Oh and you get a container of cookies. I've both picked up here and delivered here, they have overnight parking by the shipping building. I will admit the receiving is quicker than shipping, overall I didn't have bad things to say about the shipping. They sometimes bribe us...
