My husband is a Truck Driver and we tend to order a lot of food. We always call our order in because of how much we order and how complex our order tends to be so they wouldn't mess up our order.
All the Arby's we have called over the United States always took the time to take our order along with great service.
Not here!!!! I'm pretty sure it was the manager the took the call. On top of everything else, they were not busy at all.
We ordered the loaded curly fries which was warm at best. With a small amount of ranch drizzled on top.
My husband fired roasted Philly had the right items. The sandwich looked like it was pressed together or smashed.
My beef and cheddar had an extra sauce that almost took over the whole sandwich, which was not hot at all.
Not to mention our turkey bacon ranch sandwich which my husband ask for swiss instead of cheddar for both sandwiches. Which they gave us both cheese with minimal amount of pepper ranch. The turkey meat was not even sliced, it was shredded and compact together. Where you really couldn't even taste the turkey when you bite into it. It was not a cohesive sandwich. You tasted more bread and veg than anything else. With a semi hard crust.
And this is why we call our order in, because of this. Which could have been avoided. (Maybe!!!!!!!)
Paying over 30 dollars for a displeasing order That we didn't...
Read moreI drive all around the country and the Arby's located in truck stops tend to be one of my favorite go-to choices to avoid "truck stop food". I rarely am disappointed because the food is good and the customer service is great with very few exceptions. That being said, every time I have visited this particular Zanesville location, something in my order has been either missing or wrong. For instance, last time I paid for the promotional brisket sandwich, and when I opened it up about 10 miles down the road, it was a chicken sandwich. This time, I ordered the new boneless wings with crinkle fries deal and 3 French dips. When my husband opened our stuff up, there was no au jus for any of the French dips and my boneless wings had no dipping sauce and no fries. The haphazard way the wings were sauced (some drenched and some with almost none) is not something I'd normally quibble about if my order had been otherwise complete. Considering the fries and the au jus were the reason those menu items were even chosen, it was quite the disappointment overall. I wish I didn't have to "grab and go" as a truck driver, so I could check my orders and get them corrected. But my schedule is so tight that I'm better off just completely avoiding this location and taking my business to the Subway at Pilot instead. Bummer because I...
Read moreI just had a meal at Arby’s with my friend and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the service. The young cashier with pink hair behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. She asked us if we liked onions; we said no. Then she asked if the order was “for here or to go,” and we clearly said “for here.” When I ordered a drink, she didn’t add it correctly, and I noticed it was missing during payment. I had to ask her to add it again, and when I did, she gave me unpleasant looks as if she was bothered. On top of that, even though I said I didn’t want onions, my food came with onions, and even though I said I would eat here, she still made it “to go.” I usually really enjoy Arby’s food, but because of this negative interaction I was left upset and uncomfortable. Honestly, this experience made me feel like I don’t want to visit any...
