I just ordered some breakfast and coffee before heading to Salem for school and here is what I ordered. 1 PLAIN BAGEL (cream cheese, double toasted) 1 EVERYTHING BAGEL (just buttered, toasted), 1 medium iced Carmel Swirl with cream, 1 small iced Hazelnut with cream and sugar.

I realize this is a "fast food" type restaurant and not a Starbucks or coffee house BUT YOU CAN make a drink that has steamed milk without foam or over steaming. I ordered a large caramel macchiato and by the time I got home, 10 minutes, the foam had cleared and I was left with a 1/2 cup of drink. Ridiculous! This is far from the 1st time and has been complained about multiple times at the Lisbon and Calcutta location. Unfortunately Dunkin is our only local option currently. Also, consistency is an issue with many drinks here. Training..training..training.. The drinks have the same ingredients, same amount, and process, unless you ask to add something. Read moreStop in the other day, they had 5 people at drive thru and one person on front counter. The manager was working the drive thru register. She called to the back to get a 6th person to help at drive thru while the customers at the counter had to wait. There was a problem with one of the machine and the person on the front counter was asking for help and the manager was just saying try this and try this. After she had made my order 3 times I ask to speak to the manager and told her I wanted my money back because I had bee waiting 15 minutes for my order and the person on the front counter was asking g for help and she had done nothing.
