I am writing regarding the unsatisfactory treatment of a special needs patron. She is one who orders weekly and usually has large orders and always over compensates for her special needs. She is also a deep tipper. Because she is not sighted she requests things be specific. Sauces on the side, etc. When the order is taken no one ever says, That is unreasonable or impossible. Agreement is made, her card is charged and order is placed. When order is delivered the specifications are often overlooked or ignored. She always pays extra or offers to compensate for special requests. You except the order take the payment and then do not follow the requests. When she calls because the special requests were ignored, you talk to CV her as if she is being unreasonable. And tonight you told her to find somewhere else to eat. This is degrading and unkind besides theft when you agree to serve a meal and then decide later to not fulfill the order, all the while taking that patrons money, that sir is theft. And unkind. I WILL LEARN FROM HER BANK TOMORROW HOW MUCH MONEY SHE SPENDS AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AND ThAT WILL NOT INCLUDE CASH tips and gratuities. I will also report this to the department of disabilities andthe health dept.
She Overcompensates ALWAYS FOR HER SPECIAL NEED REQUESTS.

That's not the reason for a 2 star review and why I won't be ordering from there anymore. It took them 2 hours to deliver the food and only ordered 2 subs and 2 anti pasta salads. With a now $5 delivery charge. Which is crazy when you only live 10 minutes from there.Plus when we got the food it was cold. Not to mention stuff that they used to put in the salads like black olives they no longer do. But yet they charge same price. Food was cold and delivery time is why I won't be ordering from there any more. Oh and there was so much water in the bottom of the salad it was nasty. So from now on I will order from subway. Read moreThe food is mostly as expected from giovanni's, only the pizza tastes a little different to me than other locations I have had. The delivery service has made a few mix ups with my orders a few different times but they are always courteous. Only real complaint I have is that sometimes you may wait a ridiculous amount of time for your delivery, but most of the time delivery is as expected. But, they don't really do anything to make up for those mishaps when they happen except for tell you sorry. I've waited over 2 and a half hours before. Called and was told that my order wasn't seen until much later than actually ordered and that it wasn't even done yet. All I got was a sorry and have a good night. They could have at least offered a discount on a few order...
