Italo's Pizza — Restaurant in Ohio

If I could give this restaurant no stars I would. I am in town visiting from New York, in Lisbon there isn’t much food too choose from so overturning the fast food I thought maybe it’d be nice to try a pizza from italo’s…. Thinking it’d be great since they practically have Italy in their name. Nope I couldn’t be more wrong. I bought a medium veggie pizza. They gave us a wait time of 25 minutes. Cool. So we drove around and got things we needed and went back to get our food. First of they have a drive thru window that clearly doesn’t make since to have if you can’t make the food fast enough. And they pay no attention to it either… we sat at it for like 10 minutes waiting for someone to even come to the window. When getting the pizza the whole bottom of the box was cold… when opening it up it looked as if they just threw toppings all over it. So much cheese that you couldn’t see the crust on the outter part of the pizza. And because there had been so many toppings placed on there the pizza didn’t cook all the way so it was cold. And the bottom crust wasn’t even done. It was still doughy. 10/10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. Your a pizza...

Beautiful atmosphere, top notch service and delicious Italian food! I moved out of town and I haven’t been able to go in for some time but it was such a fantastic meal! We decided to go in for dinner on Friday and Tabby was seating a very large party in the banquet hall they have next door but still managed to find the time to stop by our table and say hello. Chase was our waiter and was an absolute pleasure. We never had to wait for refills on our drinks or anything else for that matter, even though the place was packed! And btw, the bartender makes the best Long Island iced tea! Really good and priced fairly. My friends shared a bottle of wine from their extensive wine list. I also need to give a huge shoutout to the kitchen staff for continuing the consistency of the delicious, authentic Italian flavors that I’ve grown to know and love! If you’ve never been to Ezio’s, you must give them a try! You will definitely not regret it! Salem is truly lucky to have such an amazing gem! Ordered chicken last night from Italo's and minutes later I received a phone call. They couldn't cook the chicken because it was frozen solid. Why is the chicken frozen solid to begin with? Why do you have it on the menu if you're not going to prepare it and cook it? Lame excuse from people that don't want to work and are clearly running Italo's into the ground..

Just two days ago they gave me a box of fries instead of jojos. When I got home I found out I was missing pieces of chicken and 13 jo-Jo’s. Their excuse was a worker walked out on them. I went back and received those pieces and they gave me a complimentary 2 liter for the trouble. There were 5 workers that I could see there when I got there. Plenty to be running the restaurant properly.

I got back home to find that my mother’s part of the order was wrong and they gave her 3 breasts and a thigh instead of 4 breasts. She went to eat one and it was raw...
