Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Ohio

The employees at this store are SUPER ghetto. I placed an online order for delivery, that was to be delivered at 915pm. I kept tracking my order. At about 908pm the delivery time changed to 907pm. I went and checked my front door, no pizza. I called the restaurant at 914pm and at first they were saying my order was “deferred”. They were pretty nice and professional at first And said the pizza was being made fresh because they were waiting for the driver to get back. After further investigation the manager comes back to the phone (with a totally new personality) and VERY RUDELY tells me it was already delivered and they called my phone multiple times. I told him I’d been sitting in my front room and heard nothing AND holding my phone the entire time. No calls no voice mails. He proceeded to tell me I “ought to be grateful it was delivered early” oh! And if this ever happened again they wouldn’t deliver to my address anymore and he was so busy he had to go. And hung up the phone. Me and my boyfriend went to the store JUST as the delivery girl was arriving. My boyfriend went inside to speak to the manager and the girl jumped in. Got smart and called the police lol. I got out my car to calm my boyfriend and she threw her hair in a ponytail and started walking towards the door (like she wanted to fight). I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here anymore. I’m probably blocked from doing so anyways. But I will be requesting...

I previously have had a few decent experiences ordering from Marco's Pizza. DEFINITELY not this time. Unfortunately due to having a 50% off coupon to use & being very sick I ordered $60 worth of food.... AFTER the discount & tip. The bottom of the crusts came totally off like an extremely thin dark piece of cardboard which was not edible ( think the thinnest ever wheat thin). The rest of the pizza wasn't much better. The sandwiches we ordered weren't that great either, seemed like a ton of peppers to make up for some of the main items. The whole order seemed to be rushed & thrown together.We generally can't keep leftover pizza past noon the next day as my grown grandson devours it, yet here we are 3 days later & a whole pizza is still sitting in the fridge. Im not sure if even a 50% off coupon will give me enough confidence to order their pizza again. A total...

I order for delivery here all the time. I usually don't have issues but today I placed a order at 10pm (they close at 11) I live 3mins from the location. My order was canceled at 10:13pm I didn't under stand why I put my order in again and it was canceled again around 10:23pm. I then called they answered and stated they canceled it cause they were about to close. I asked for a manager and asked who I was speaking with. The lady on the phone questioned me on why I needed to know her name she then proceeded to say she was the manager. I asked is there a problem with me knowing your name I'm just trying to understand how the site say you close at 11 but your canceling orders at 10.
