The Pioneer Inn is a nostalgia place to me. January 23,1975 my husband and I had our 1st date at the Pioneer Inn. At that time we lived in Perrysburg Twp. We stopped in several times. Great place even back then. We always enjoyed ourselves. Great to see that our favorite place is still going strong. Often after we moved out of the area we visited occasionally on our anniversary. I went here tonight because it was the closest place on Google with food. I got the smoked wings and they were delicious. This place should have a line out the door for these wings, they were that good. Wonderful road house style bar. Really nice staff. I was very obviously an out-of-towner just passing through, but the bartender made me feel at home.
