Pizza Express — Restaurant in Ohio

Great pizza, terrible customer service... ordered two large pepperoni and a large pepperoni and banana pepper pizza.. We live in Saint Clairsville so when the delivery driver got to our house we gave him the money for the Pizza plus around $12 and some change for a tip, After he left we check the pizza and we did not receive our banana pepper pizza and after calling the shop the young man that answered told me that he could have the delivery driver bring me out some peppers on his next delivery. Why on earth would I want some cold peppers to put on an hour cold pizza? Then he put his manager on and she said that if she had to make me another pizza that she wanted me to make sure I didn’t eat the other one they sent because she wanted it back, and that completely blew my mind.. there’s 8 of us and 2 of us couldn’t eat the pizza sitting in front of us because this woman would rather throw it in the trash than let us eat it because of her mistake... so, LITERALLY an hour later now our pizza with banana peppers arrived, and sure enough they took that old pizza with them, I pray to god they didn’t re-heat it and sell it to someone else, my kids touched all over it before we realized that one pizza was the wrong one.... Like I said earlier, pizza is good but it’s a poorly ran shop and we won’t eat there again.......

Very average pizza I had allot of people tell me this location Bridgeport is the best location. Well the pizza is the same and to me it's average if that spent over $50 would had rather had RedBarron just threw away a entire pie and over half bread sticks. On a 10 scale pizza is a 5.7 fresh after 20 minutes it's all down hill from there. Next day it's inedible. Got a half sub because I had a felling it was the same as other locations(pizza) and that was a solid...

I got a steak sub and a chicken salad. There was maybe one small chicken tender on the salad and the sandwich was cold. I waited over 90 minutes for my order. When I told them about it all they said was "I'm sorry." No offer to fix the issue.

Edit: decided to give them another try. This time I get a chicken salad with about 6 diced pieces of chicken, 4 banana pepper rings and no onions. Talk about a joke. They also didnt send the sandwich I ordered lmao....
