This not my experience, but someone else! Deplorable attitude from your staff!
Thank you Airport Exit Wendy’s staff for the front row seat and valuable lesson you helped teach our children tonight. Scenario: older gentleman who drives a semi truck for a living is having his truck worked on after it broke down. The gentleman shared he’s been driving for the last 18 hrs delivering medical supplies to healthcare facilities all over this side of the country. Kind of a big deal for those of us who work in healthcare and are dependent on this supplies to provide care to our residents and your loved ones. He walks up to your drive thru (because we are in the middle of a pandemic and you’ve closed your dining rooms preventing him from walking inside...did I mention he was wearing a mask!) and seems to desperately plea with your staff expressing how hungry he is as they mock and laugh at him while pointing out the obvious...he’s not in his vehicle and therefore won’t be served. He makes several attempts to explain his situation as your staff continue to disregard him. Hungry and frustrated he walks away from the line that is now 5 cars long and apologizes to us for holding up the line. Without hesitation, my husband asks this gentleman what he was attempting to order. After ordering our food (and his), my youngest asks why Wendy’s wouldn’t serve that man when they heard him say he’s hungry. I just love their precious little hearts! We asked our boys to be understanding of others situations and be solution oriented when the circumstance requires it. Some situations require you to think differently and find ways to say “YES.” Be the difference you wish to see in others. To choose kindness and when you’re blessed ALWAYS bless others. Needless to say, despite the poor behavior of your staff, Wendy’s, this gentleman still got to...
Read moreThe absolute worst service if there was an option to give no stars that's what I would have given the woman who I assume was in management of some sort should never be hired for management ever again. She was the rudest and most unprofessional human being I've ever had to encounter. Working in customer service myself this was so unacceptable on so many levels. My sandwich was ordered with cheese that I paid for I asked for it to be corrected she handed me a piece of cheese out the window to put on my sandwich myself. She then began yellingat me because I told her I paid 40 cents to have cheese placed on my sandwich. The sandwich was replaced the quality of the food in my entire order was horrible everyone food was cold and tasted very old. As I was driving off this manager woman began banging on the window as if she wanted to fight. I had my children in the car this Wendy's should be shut down if they can't find employees who appreciate having a job and appreciate people coming to eat there and keeping them employed. Absolute Worst...
Read moreThis location has gotten rapidly and steadily worse and today was the final time we’ll be going here. Using the app here is a complete waste because no one knows how to use it. Ryan was the server tonight and had to stop after every single solitary counter order. Don’t know how to use the app. Didn’t know how to void another customer’s order. Missed another 2-guest party’s chili. Missed another customer’s behind the counter condiments… Couldn’t find the new limited time menu item option. Better training or keep him away from the counter is sound advice. I finally walked away when I was told “oh I don’t know how to void her order (from the customer in front of me) and she walked out without paying”
Pay attention, love. Fairly certain he was actively avoiding the register and dawdling with something akin to getting orders ready. Was also actively avoiding eye contact. Own up to the mistakes instead of ignoring them. I know I wasn’t the only one and when we left, the line was at a...
