Delicious food. Amazing service. Kind people. What more can you ask for? Walking into 48 Spices you’re greeted with an aroma of robust flavors and bright and smiling faces! The music is flowing in the background but not over powering conversations. If you don’t know what to order? Just ask the owners and all of their recommendations are superb! Our family had the kabobs that are so flavorful and not over salted like some places! We enjoyed digging into our FuFu and Egusi the traditional way( with our hands!). The egusi had beef and when I tell you all 48 spices were included, please believe it! So So Good. The hospitality of the owners were unmatched. I hate that we had to leave because it was just THAT GOOD & the ambience leaves you feeling like you’re right at home with your family. 10/10. Please go!

We had peppered goat with plantains and fufu (I subbed fufu for rice) and beef skewers. They were soooooo delicious! The goat so tender and the plantains sweet but firm. We also wanted to try something new so we tried Achu (taro root dough with a yellow soup w/meat). Definitely not what I’m used to so I wouldn’t order that again. That doesn’t mean it was bad, I’ve just never had it and the flavor profile was way more bitter than I can enjoy.

We have seen the sign on the storefront and decided to try it. It did not disappoint. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They explained what things were. We had the soya and the fufu and eru. I had D’jino to drink. Everything was great. Everything was pleasantly spicy (but the spicy sauce served with the soya was
wow! LOL). We will be back.

Great people I’m of Bangui decent, born in America but I know my culture. sometimes when people don’t think you know the food or dish the quality is compromised , I love eru but my most recent experience wasn’t too pleasant. Extremely expensive, which is not a problem, but the proportion was not worth it and it didn’t have the flavor all the way! I was disappointed. I hope to have a better...
