I love the food mostly, but the people aren't always friendly/attentive. I've had my order messed up more here than any other place we've been to.
When we've called to place an order, a few times the person who answered was absolutely rude. One of the times, the woman got angry because she couldn't hear me well, & snapped that she'd just "make up a name" for me because she couldn't hear what I said, then she proceeded to talk to me like I was a child. It was very frustrating. So much so that I passed my husband the phone, which ALSO made her angry. I couldn't raise my voice because I was holding a sleeping child, & I really was trying my best. Her temper was SO unnecessary! My husband said the same thing, she was VERY off putting.
Another time we ordered here, I told them I wanted a stuffed crust pizza. They had just recently added square deep dish stuffed crust pizza (none of my kids like it, & my husband and I don't either. We placed the order via phone, & again got treated rudely, like we were inconveniencing THEM by calling to place an order, but we've basically gotten used to this.
Once I arrived, I picked up my pizzas & drove home. My husband discovered that the order was wrong, so I drove it all back to the store. I explained that it was wrong, & that we'd ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas that weren't there, & that they'd given us a square pizza that we didn't order. He took the deep dish back, & then I waited several minutes (at least 10 or 15) while they "fixed" the problem. Finally he gives it to me, & at first I thought it was a joke - it was the wrong one. AGAIN. Also, it was JUST ONE. It looked like the same thing I brought back to them. I didn't realize at first that originally it was just a deep dish pizza, which we didn't order, & that they changed it to a STUFFED CRUST deep dish pizza. When I told him it was the same that I brought back, & that my kids didn't like it, he tried to convince me that it was exactly like the one I wanted. So I explained that I didn't order that type of pizza, & that my kids wouldn't eat it. I said that I wanted 2 STUFFED crust pizzas. Not whatever this was. So he charged me for another pizza, and i proceeded to wait another 10 or 15 minutes. He then gives me (I kid you not) two deep dish stuffed crust pizzas, so basically two of the wrong type of pizza, & of the type I brought back to the store. At this point, there are 5 kids, my husband, & my mother sitting at home, & they've been waiting over 45 mins. I wanted this over.
So now I tell him much more explicitly that I wanted two pizzas, that I want pepperoni on them, & that I want the crust stuffed. I also want those pizzas to be in the shape of a circle, not a square, and not deep dish. I wasn't rude AT ALL, I was smiling the entire time, & I even apologized for the misunderstanding. He takes the two wasted pizzas back, & goes to the back again.
He then comes back out, & proceeds to explain to me (while I wait & can't walk out) why it was my fault that the mistake happened, that I should have started out telling him that I wanted a round pizza. He then says "I always ask people if they mean the round one or the square one when they say stuffed crust". I don't bother pointing out that he didn't ask ME that, or I could have already left this hot store.
Not one time does he offer to give me a discount for my trouble, or even offer me a drink while I wait. In fact, he went back over the price to explain to me that even though he had to charge me more, it was the right price for what I was now getting. I am SUPER non confrontational, which is why it took me this long to post about it, & why I wasn't rude to him. I got my pizza & left. Twice now when my husband got paid & asked about getting more Little Caesars Pizza for all of us, I thought about this last experience all over again, & I just couldn't bring myself to go through it. We normally spend $50 or more every time we eat there because there are so many of us, but customer service is important to me, & his was POOR. I'm not sure if I'll ever...
Read moreIf I could leave less than one star, I would. I ordered pizza online at 4:39 in the afternoon. My confirmation email with my receipt stated order would be ready by 5:07. I waited for another email stating order was ready. Which never came. At 5:20 I went into business. There was a very young girl at register who tried to help. She had to get the so called manager, named Steven. He came up to register wouldn’t make eye contact with me or acknowledge my presence, yells out the order won’t be ready until 5:34 and walks off as I was trying to speak with him. He leaves this young girl, who’s probably 16 at the most, to deal with the problems at his store. I tried showing him my email and then asked for a refund. All of which, he ignored and walked off. The young lady at the counter told me I could not receive a refund in the store and would need to call customer service, which I did. I am still waiting for a refund, a call back, an email. I realize this is no 5 star restaurant but this grown man left a child to deal with a customer, which he should have been responsible for the stores screw up. I know my business means nothing and your business will continue on but I promise that myself and my family will never step foot in your business ever again. Right is right and wrong is wrong. Steven is not manager material. He is a cowardly little man who left a little girl to fend for herself. She looked terrified and if that were my daughter, it’s be a whole different story. Customer service is still important in todays world. May not mean anything to Steven or the person who hired him but it definitely should! He should not have a job with that behavior and disregard for your business. It wasn’t busy. There was one other person when we walked in, with over 7 employees...
Read moreWent in for a hot n' ready sausage pizza yesterday. Only 1 pizza was ready, I paid for it, opened it, and took a look. It was burnt and not fresh looking. I let them know and they said they'd make me another, it'd be ready in 10 min. I obliged, received the pizza, and went home. I opened it and it looked like the same pizza, just more burnt! I ate it anyway and ended up getting sick from it all night. I called in today and they told me that all I could do is call corporate to remedy this. Well, they aren't opened by corporate. Only 3 storses in okc are. After calling them back and dealing with a very rude light skinned woman with tattoos all down her arm and hand was very rude to me, gave me a false name and took no responsibility for the pizza. It was the worst customer service, and she has no business dealing with customers with an attitude like that. I hope whomever owns this store trains their employees much betterbun the future. I am no longer a fan of Little Ceasars, and with so many other better options out there, I reccomend you go...
